Tino is an incredibly sweet dog. He is happy when you give him attention. He is very friendly and sociable. He gets completely enthusiastic when you take him off the chain (at the shelter he was kept on a chain) and go for a walk with him. He wants to go everywhere and sniff at everything. He is a sweetheart, except around cats. When we visited Bulgaria, we met Tino. The shelter is overcrowded and there are not enough kennels. That is why some of the dogs run loose while others have a basket or doghouse and are kept on a chain. These are the dogs that cannot go into a kennel because they are full, and cannot run loose because they are not friendly toward people or animals. Tino can react to loose cats. We are looking for a home without cats. The foster family in the Netherlands also has cats. So far he has not reacted to them there. He was found confused on the street. Tino is een ontzettend lieve hond. Hij is blij als je hem aandacht geeft. Hij is heel vriendelijk en sociaal. Hij wordt helemaal enthousiast als je hem van de ketting (in het asiel lag hij aan de ketting) haalt en met hem gaat wandelen. Hij wil overal heen, aan alles snuffelen. Hij is een schatje, alleen niet voor katten. Toen wij op bezoek waren in Bulgarije, hebben wij Tino ontmoet. Het asiel zit overvol en er zijn niet genoeg hokken. Daarom loopt een deel van de honden los en een ander deel heeft een mand of huisje en ligt aan de ketting. Dat zijn de honden die niet in een kennel kunnen omdat die vol zitten en niet los kunnen lopen omdat ze niet lief zijn voor mensen of dieren. Op loslopende katten kan Tino reageren. We zoeken een huis waar geen katten wonen. In het gastgezin in Nederland zijn ook katten. Daar reageert hij tot nu toe niet op. Hij werd verward op straat aangetroffen.
