He can live in an apartment or house without outdoor access. Toby is FIV positive, diabetic requiring daily liquid medication in his food, and needs a specific diet. He also has a heart murmur and is hyperthyroid. He seems to tolerate calm dogs. Toby is a magnificent rescue to give him the life he finally deserves.
