TOM was abandoned, as his family could no longer take care of him. TOM is a magnificent Beauceron who is now looking for a loving and patient family to welcome him. He is a very affectionate dog: behind his imposing appearance lies a big heart. He greatly enjoys cuddles and moments of tenderness, finding comfort in the presence of humans he knows and trusts. He can also be playful and loves these moments of closeness that strengthen his bond with his loved ones. Life at the shelter has been very difficult for him in the first months as he lost all his references and the family he was attached to. Being in a kennel at the shelter, surrounded by dogs, was very anxiety-inducing for him. But he has improved thanks to the veterinary follow-up put in place as well as the daily support of the caregivers, especially during the walks he eagerly awaits every day and the cuddle sessions he loves so much.

Tom a été abandonné, sa famille ne pouvant plus s’en occuper. Tom est un magnifique Beauceron qui recherche aujourd'hui une famille aimante et patiente pour l’accueillir. C’est un chien très attachant : derrière son allure imposante se cache un grand cœur. Il apprécie énormément les câlins et les moments de tendresse, trouvant du réconfort dans la présence des humains qu’il connaît et en qui il a confiance. Il sait aussi être joueur et adore ces instants de complicité qui renforcent son lien avec ses proches. La vie au refuge a été très compliquée pour lui dans les premiers mois car il a perdu tous ses repères et la famille à laquelle il était attaché. Se retrouver dans un box au refuge, entouré de chiens, a été très anxiogène pour lui. Mais il a bien remonté la pente depuis grâce au suivi vétérinaire mis en place mais aussi avec le soutien quotidien des soigneuses, en particulier lors des balades qu’il attend chaque jour avec impatience et des séances de câlins qu’il affectionne tant.
