I am Troska, the oldest dog at our shelter, and no one understands how I'm still here. I came from a pretty critical situation; my old owner left me to fend for myself on a farm, throwing food down a ladder. I was in terrible physical condition, living in a dump-filled farm with terrible conditions. The rescue got me out of that situation just in time, as my old owner wanted to euthanize me. I arrived with a lot of fear; I had never socialized with humans or other dogs. But with the hard work and dedication of the volunteers, I'm now a completely different dog. I love to walk and nap in the sun equally, the sofa is my weakness, and I'm also a very observant (or nosy, hehe) dog. I love to play and get lots of attention. I'm looking for a family that will love me, respect my space, and give me the chance to show who I am.

Soy Troska, la perra más veterana del refugio y nadie entiende como sigo aquí. Llegué de una situación bastante crítica, mi antiguo dueño me tenía en una finca a mi suerte y me tiraban comida a través de una escalera. Estaba en muy mala forma física y en una finca llena de basura y en una condiciones nefastas. Rescue me sacó justo a tiempo de esa situación, ya que el que era mi dueño me quería scrificar. Llegué con mucho miedo, nunca había socializado con humanos ni con otros perros, pero con trabajo y la dedicación de los voluntarios ahora soy una perra completamente diferente. Me encanta pasear y tumbarme al sol a partes iguales, el sofá es mi debilidad y también soy una perra muy observadora (por no decir cotilla jeje). Me gusta mucho jugar y los mimos. Busco una familia que me sepa querer, respetar mi espacio y que me de la oportunidad de demostrar como soy.
