Turbo's name is actually misleading. This male dog is not one who rushes through life in a hurry. Rather, he moves through the world with his own unique calm and elegance. Turbo was on the street with his Galgo friend Lego (already placed), guaranteed to have been abandoned by a hunter. They were secured in a live trap. A situation in which one might have expected him to react panicked, defensive, or frightened. But Turbo remained calm and let himself be helped. And at the first walk, it became clear what a special dog is in him: leash on and Turbo just walked along. Relaxed and surprisingly confident. With strangers he is reserved, but not anxious. He observes first and wants to understand who he is dealing with. If you give him time, he thaws and then his friendly character comes to the fore. His wagging tail reveals pretty quickly when the ice has broken. Turbo is a gentle guy with a pleasant nature, who doesn't have to be loud to stand out. For him, we wish for people who give him security and let him arrive in peace. Not least because of his size and his breed mix, corresponding dog experience is a prerequisite for an adoption. Turbo trägt seinen Namen eigentlich zu Unrecht. Denn dieser Rüde ist keiner, der hektisch durchs Leben rast. Eher schreitet er mit einer ganz eigenen Ruhe und Eleganz durch die Welt. Turbo war mit seinem Galgo-Freund Lego (bereits vermittelt) auf der Straße unterwegs, garantiert vom Jäger ausgesetzt. Gesichert wurden sie in einer Lebendfalle. Eine Situation, in der man hätte erwarten können, dass er panisch, abwehrend oder verängstigt reagiert. Doch Turbo blieb ruhig und ließ sich helfen. Und spätestens beim ersten Spaziergang zeigte sich, was für ein besonderer Hund in ihm steckt: Leine dran und Turbo lief einfach mit. Entspannt und erstaunlich souverän. Bei fremden Menschen ist er zurückhaltend, aber nicht ängstlich. Er beobachtet erst einmal und möchte verstehen, mit wem er es zu tun hat. Gibt man ihm Zeit, taut er auf und dann kommt sein freundlicher Charakter zum Vorschein. Sein wedelnder Schwanz verrät ziemlich schnell, wann das Eis gebrochen ist. Turbo ist ein sanfter Kerl mit einer angenehmen Art, der nicht laut sein muss, um aufzufallen. Für ihn wünschen wir uns Menschen, die ihm Sicherheit geben und ihn in Ruhe ankommen lassen. Nicht zuletzt aufgrund seiner Größe und seines Rassemixes ist entsprechende Hundeerfahrung Voraussetzung für eine Adoption. Für Fans von Hunden seiner Art ist er wohl der Jackpot.
