UŁAMEK A young about 1.5 year old dog that came to us after a traffic accident. The dog has multiple fractures and a critical condition. The dog was immediately taken to the clinic, where necessary treatment was started. The dog has a brain concussion and multiple fractures. Prognosis is cautious. Fractures of the jaw, which were repaired - in this case, two teeth had to be extracted, one of which had penetrated into the nasal cavity. Fractures of both jaws - one of them was joined together, but the other one was not for now. Additionally, one of the fangs fell out along with a piece of bone. We are waiting for the results of post-operative healing - in the worst case, amputation of the muzzle may be necessary. Fractures of the ulna and radius of the front leg - the ulna in two places, the radius in one with a large fragment. For now, the leg is stabilized but surgery was abandoned due to high surgical risk. UŁAMEK is being fed through a tube. The dog is still in the clinic. Further treatment will depend on the dog's condition and the healing of the injuries. Ułamek Młody ok. 1,5 roczny piesek, który trafił do nas po wypadku kominikacyjnym. Obrażenia Ułamka są liczne, stan ciężki. Psiak od razu został przewieziony do lecznicy, gdzie wdrożono niezbędne leczenie. Psiak ma wstrząśnienie mózgu, liczne złamania. Rokowania są ostrożne. złamania szczęki, które udało się naprawić – w tym konieczna była ekstrakcja dwóch zębów, z czego jeden wbił się w jamę nosową złamania obu gałęzi żuchwy – jedno z nich udało się zespolić, natomiast drugiego na chwilę obecną nie. Dodatkowo jeden z kłów wypadł wraz z fragmentem kości. Czekamy na efekt gojenia pooperacyjnego – w najgorszym przypadku konieczna może być amputacja bródki Ułamka złamania kości łokciowej oraz promieniowej przedniej łapki – łokciowa w dwóch miejscach, promieniowa w jednym z bardzo dużym odłamem. Na chwilę obecną łapka jest ustabilizowana lecz odstąpiono od operacji ze względu na duże ryzyko operacyjne. Ułamek karmiony jest przez sondę. Cały czas przebywa w lecznicy. Dalsze leczenie uzależnione będzie od stanu psa oraz gojenia się urazów. Obecnie zbieramy środki na leczenie Ułamka: Profilaktyka: Piesek otrzymał komplet szczepień, jest ogólnie zdrowy. Został odrobaczony i odpchlony. Jest zaczipowany i przed adopcją zostanie wykastrowany. Zapraszamy do naszego schroniska.
