UTHA – Findeltier – outdoor cat Breed: EHK / black-white Found in: 5417 Untersiggenthal Collected on: 13. May 2026 Updated: 10. June 2026 The friendly kitten Utha was found in Untersiggenthal in poor general condition. She is only about two years old, but appears much older due to her poor state. Upon discovery, she was severely dehydrated and weakened. Utha has since fully recovered, gained weight, and is very clingy and cuddly 😉 She is not very interested in the other cats, so we are looking for a single-cat placement where she can be the center of attention. As she is so friendly, photographing her will be a bit more challenging, and new photos will follow. Findeltier from 5417 Untersiggenthal Has anyone missed this cat or knows who she belongs to? Unfortunately, it seems no one misses the loving, cuddly Utha, so we are now searching for her a nice, new home with outdoor access in a traffic-free area and with people who can give her a lot of time. 399306 / The STMZ is the Swiss Animal Registration Center. Is there interest in one of our findel kittens? Findel kittens can only be rehomed after a legally specified waiting period.

About UTHA &#8211

What life with UTHA &#8211 looks like

UTHA &#8211 is a small puppy/kitten cat waiting at Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs in Zug (Allenwinden & Neuheim).

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇨🇭Adopting from Switzerland

Swiss shelters require a home visit (Platzkontrolle) and proof of suitable accommodation. Cantons each have their own additional dog-keeping requirements (e.g. SKN training in some areas). Animals leave sterilized and chipped.

Frequently asked

Adopting UTHA &#8211, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about UTHA &#8211?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw UTHA &#8211 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt UTHA &#8211 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is UTHA &#8211 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if UTHA &#8211 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs early rather than rehoming privately; they know UTHA &#8211 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
