Sometimes she tries to assert her own little will, but can be easily guided and corrected on the other hand. For treats, the pretty Veleda will do almost anything, so she can be worked with very well. Veleda gets along well with other dogs. At first, she had to get used to being the first dog, but that has already been clarified between the two girls, and they play and frolic together extensively. When Veleda needs her rest phases, she retreats and makes herself comfortable. Veleda enjoys short walks. Age and breed-appropriate, she shows the first changes in her gait, which are currently well managed with tablets and physiotherapy. As she has a prey drive, she should find her place in a family without cats and other small animals. For Veleda, being there is everything. She loves the people, the big and the small, and enjoys the cuddle times on the couch. In her foster home, she is optimally prepared for the time in a family. Ihre Geschichte: Veleda konnte mittlerweile nach Deutschland ausreisen. Dort hat sie sich in der Pflegestelle in Papenburg schon sehr gut eingelebt und uns erreichte ein sehr positives Update: Die kluge Veleda zeichnet sich nicht nur durch ihre lebhafte und neugierige Wesensart aus, sie kann neue Aufgaben auch sehr schnell umsetzen. Manchmal versucht sie, ihren eigenen kleinen Kopf durchzusetzen, lässt sich aber auf der anderen Seite leicht lenken und korrigieren. Für Leckerlis macht die hübsche Veleda fast alles, daher kann man mit ihr sehr gut arbeiten. Veleda ist gut verträglich mit anderen Hunden. Anfangs musste sie sich an die Ersthündin erst gewöhnen, doch das ist bereits zwischen den beiden Mädchen geklärt und sie spielen und toben ausgiebig miteinander. Wenn Veleda ihre Ruhephasen benötigt, zieht sie sich zurück und macht es sich gemütlich. Veleda freut sich über kurze Gassirunden. Dem Alter und der Rasse entsprechend, zeigen sich bei ihr erste Veränderungen im Gangbild, die durch Tabletten und Physiotherapie derzeit gut aufgefangen werden können. Da bei ihr ein Jagdtrieb vorhanden ist, sollte sie in einer Familie ohne Katzen und andere Kleintiere ihr Plätzchen finden. Für Veleda zählt: Dabeisein ist alles.
