A shy heart yearning for redemption! Waylo hasn’t had an easy start to life, and his eyes tell a story marked by silence and uncertainty. He’s a puppy born in the early days of the year, yet his short existence has already been shaped by small battles. Waylo is a gentle soul, somewhat reserved and cautious—he hasn’t yet experienced the warmth of a comforting caress or the joy of playing together with others. We’re looking for a special family for him: one that’s patient, understanding, and aware, able to respect his pace and guide him gently as he discovers the world. He’s not yet accustomed to human interactions, but given the right love and care, he’ll surely blossom. Right now, he’s recovering from an injury to his right hind leg and shows signs of dermatitis—minor challenges we’re addressing, but they don’t diminish his inherent beauty in the slightest. He’s currently staying at a private, affiliated shelter in the province of Rome, though we’re also willing to place him in northern Italy, after completing the necessary pre-adoption checks. He’ll come with a complete health record including deworming treatments, vaccinations, and, of course, a microchip.

Un cuore timido in cerca di riscatto! Waylo non ha avuto un inizio di vita facile, e i suoi occhi raccontano una storia fatta di silenzi e incertezze. È un cucciolo nato nei primi giorni dell’anno, ma la sua breve esistenza è già stata segnata da piccole battaglie. Waylo è un’anima delicata e un po’ schiva: non conosce ancora il calore di una carezza rassicurante o la gioia del gioco condiviso. Per lui cerchiamo una famiglia speciale, paziente e consapevole, che sappia rispettare i suoi tempi e guidarlo alla scoperta del mondo con dolcezza. Non è ancora abituato alle interazioni umane, ma con il giusto amore saprà sicuramente fiorire. Attualmente è in fase di guarigione per una ferita alla zampa posteriore destra e presenta segni di dermatite, piccoli ostacoli che stiamo curando ma che non scalfiscono la sua bellezza. Si trova in un canile privato convenzionato in provincia di Roma ma lo affidiamo anche al nord, dopo le dovute verifiche preaffido, con cartella sanitaria comprendente le sverminazioni, vaccinazioni e ovviamente con microchip.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.
