Die Degudamen wünschen sich eine Kletter- und Buddelvilla, in der sie sich ausgiebig austoben können. Ihre neuen Futtergeber, sollen ihnen nebst dem artgerechten Lebensraum, auch eine täglich abwechslungsreiche Ernährung bieten können, mit dem Wissen dahinter, dass Degus genetisch bedingt zu Diabetes neigen. Den neuen Besitzern, muss bewusst sein, dass diese faszinierenden Tiere, hauptsächlich der Beobachtung dienen und eher ruhigen Gemütes sind. Daher wünschen wir uns, sofern sie an einen Ort platziert werden mit Kindern, dass diese den ruhigen Umgang mit Tieren erlernt haben und schon etwas älter sind.
