Wuschel

Mixed Breed · Unknown

Wuschel (born March 2023) is a beautiful black long-haired cat with large, amber-colored eyes - a real little beauty. 🐈‍⬛ Initially, Wuschel is a bit shy and reserved. She needs some time to gain trust and settle into her new surroundings. But who gives her this time will be rewarded with a very special cuddly cat. After a certain period of adjustment, Wuschel loves to be stroked. She also gives little love bites and snuggles comfortably onto the sofa. Wuschel is also a real little play mouse! No ball is safe from her, she can play tirelessly with the fishing rod and also chases the red laser point with full enthusiasm. We wish Wuschel a loving home with people who give her the time and patience to build trust. Who wins her heart gets a playful, affectionate and utterly charming companion for life. Wuschel is compatible with male counterparts, but we could also imagine a life as a single princess for her with affectionate people who give her their affection and attention exclusively. Wuschel Wuschel is waiting to finally find her own home - maybe with you? 🐾 .

DE·Show original

Wuschel (geb. 🐾 .

Frequently asked

Adopting Wuschel, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Wuschel?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierhilfe Weidenberg handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Wuschel on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Wuschel if I live in another country?: Sometimes. Whether a animal can move between countries depends on the species and the rules in both countries, and some species need permits or have restrictions. Ask Tierhilfe Weidenberg what paperwork and transport they require, and check the import rules of your country before you commit.
Is Wuschel already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: What a animal comes with (vet checks, vaccinations, identification, paperwork) varies by shelter and species. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask Tierhilfe Weidenberg directly what is included and what Wuschel still needs.
What happens if Wuschel isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierhilfe Weidenberg early rather than rehoming privately; they know Wuschel and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
