With a bit of patience, she lets you put on her harness and then stands ready to explore the world. She observes very closely what is happening around her and is still a bit fearful when something or someone approaches. However, the Labrador in her becomes quite evident, and with a few treats, she gradually but surely progresses. One of her great pleasures is rolling around in the grass, and sometimes a grin appears on her face, especially when she's sniffing around. Yumi has no issues with her fellow animals, as she barely notices them. Yumi still needs some time to trust people and enjoy cuddles, but she has made great progress in this regard recently. Mit etwas Geduld lässt sie sich das Geschirr anziehen und dann steht sie bereit um die Welt zu erkunden. Sie beobachtet sehr genau was draußen um sie herum geschieht und ist noch etwas ängstlich wenn etwas oder jemand sich ihr nähert. Allerdings kommt dann der Labrador in ihr deutlich zum Vorschein und mit ein paar Leckerlis geht’s dann langsam aber sicher weiter. Zu ihren großen Vorlieben gehört es, sich auf der Wiese zu wälzen, dann zeigt sich manchmal auch ein Grinsen auf ihrem Gesicht, auch beim Schnüffeln ist Yumi eifrig dabei. Mit ihren Artgenossen hat Yumi keine Probleme, die werden von ihr kaum beachtet. Yumi braucht noch etwas Zeit um den Menschen zu vertrauen und auch Streicheleinheiten genießen zu können aber sie hat in der letzten Zeit schon große Fortschritte dahingehend gemacht.
