Zoe is a remarkable dog who has developed into a wonderful companion despite growing up in the worst conditions. From the moment she arrived at SaveTheDogs, she has happily approached staff and showered them with affection. Zoe lights up when she is the center of attention, whether on one of the popular walks, in the playground, or curled up on the couch in the "test home" with her favorite person. Zoe has BFF status and really longs for one or more people of her own to care for. Lucian was her best friend in Constanta and he is her best friend today. They have great trust and love for each other. Zoe has also been introduced to several other dogs in the kennel and has proven to be a welcome and popular companion due to her friendly nature. She has a nice body language and radiates kindness. Given her good-natured character, we believe she will also be able to become a good friend to a cat in her new home - the cats in the kennel have been viewed curiously but kindly. We are now looking for a safe and loving home for our amazing Zoe where she can become the most important girl in the world. The home should be in a slightly quieter location and you should have a lot of time to spend together - socializing and joint projects are important to her, preferably outdoors in our beautiful countryside. Having a dog in the home is positive, but Zoe can also consider living alone to get attention. Not for very young children at home. Note - Zoe grew up in terrible conditions and should never be pressured where she may feel insecure - in front of new people and in new environments. Background At the end of July, animal lovers around Europe were shocked when images began to spread from within one of Constanta's municipal kennels. Here, 560 dogs were crowded on an area intended for 120. They were stacked on top of each other in cages so small that many could not even stand up or lie down properly. Others struggled for space in small enclosures full of dogs - sick, injured, and abused.

Det är svårt att förstå hur Zoe kunnat utvecklas till den fantastiska hund hon är – givet att hon vuxit upp under de sämsta förutsättningarna. Från första minuten har hon med glädje närmat sig SaveTheDogs personal och överöst dem med sina ömhetsbetygelser. Hela Zoe lyser upp när hon får stå i centrum oavsett om det är på en av de uppskattade promenaderna, i lekparken eller uppkrupen i soffan i ”test-hemmet” med en favoritmänniska. Zoe har BFF-status ( Best Friend Forever ) och längtar verkligen efter en eller flera egna människor att ta hand om. Lucian var hennes bästa vän i Constanta och han är hennes bästa vän idag. De har stor tillit och kärlek till varandra. Zoe har även presenterats för flera andra hundar i hägnet och visat sig vara en välkommen och populär kamrat tack vare sitt trevliga sätt. Hon har ett fint kroppsspråk och utstrålar vänlighet. Givet sin godmodiga karaktär tror vi att hon även kommer att kunna bli god vän med en katt i sitt nya hem – hägnets katter har betraktats nyfiket men vänligt. Till vår fantastiska Zoe söker vi nu ett tryggt och kärleksfullt hem där hon får bli den viktigaste tjejen i världen. Hemmet ska vara lite lugnare beläget och man bör ha mycket tid att tillbringa tillsammans – samvaro och gemensamma projekt är viktiga för henne, gärna då ute i våra härliga marker. Finns hund i hemmet är det positivt men Zoe kan även tänka sig bo som ensam hund för att få lägga beslag på uppmärksamheten. Ej de allra minsta barnen hemmavid. Obs – Zoe har vuxit upp under fruktansvärda förhållanden och får aldrig pressas där hon kan känna osäkerhet – inför nya människor och i nya miljöer. Bakgrund I slutet av juli chockades djurvänner runtomkring i Europa när bilder började spridas inifrån ett av Constantas kommunala hägn. Här trängdes 560 hundar på en yta avsedd för 120. De satt staplade ovanpå varandra i burar så små att många inte ens kunde stå upp eller ligga ordentligt. Andra fick kämpa om utrymme i små inhägnader fulla med hundar – sjuka, skada
