09-05-26 Glitter přišla k nám od chovatele a hledá své trvalé domovy. Je to velmi milá dívka, která je trochu zmatená tím, že se ocitla v novém prostředí, ale už si užívá jemné pokrmy a absolutně ráda má třepot na bříšku. Glitter má ráda další psy a bude šťastná, pokud se může svým novým domovem podělit o dalšího laskavého psa. V vhodných podmínkách a s adoptanty, kteří jsou většinou doma, bychom ji mohli ponechat jako jediného psa. Nejlepší bude pro ni klidný a tišší dům, kde si může dostat spoustu lásky, zatímco se postupně zvykne na nový prostředí. Uvažujeme o tom, že bychom ji mohli přijít s mírnými teenagery nebo staršími dětmi. Nikdy žila v domě, takže Glitter potřebuje trpělivé a porozumění plné adoptanty, kteří jí pomohou naučit se všechno o domácím životě a nových dovednostech, jako je trénink do domova i chůze na řetězci. S laskavostí, ujištěním a spoustou lásky se věříme, že se brzy začne uklidnit. Glitter je krásná dívka, které jen potřebuje šanci, a nemůžeme se dočkat, kdy uvidíme, jak se rozvine v láskavém trvalém domově. Je trochu přebaleno, ale s dobrým stravou a mírným cvičením by měla začít ztrácet nepotřebné kilo. Tento pes může být přijat s přítomným psem.

Glitter has come to us from a breeder and is now searching for her forever home. She is the sweetest girl and it's so hard to believe that she's still waiting to find her forever home! She is a beautiful girl and her personality is even more beautiful. She’s the type of dog that lights up every room she walks into, and every staff member at the rescue loves her very much. You could say she’s a bit of a celebrity around here! She loves greeting everyone and saying hello to them and we think she is going to absolutely love being somones special girl. Glitter absolutely loves humans and is at her happiest when she’s sat on our laps having big snuggles and will even fall asleep with her little head resting gently on you. Glitter shares her kennel here with other dogs, but, she can show some guarding behaviours when other dogs come over to have some affection too. Because of this, we think she’d prefer to live as an only dog so she wouldn’t need to share her humans and can have all the love and attention for herself. We would consider homing her with gentle dog savvy teenagers or older children. She has never lived in a home before, so Glitter will need patient and understanding adopters who can help her learn all about home life and new skills such as house training and other day to day routines. She has started learning how to walk on a lead, but may need some practice in her new garden before venturing out into the big world! With kindness, reassurance and plenty of love, we feel she will soon start to settle in. Glitter is a lovely girl who just needs a chance, and we can’t wait to see her flourish in a loving forever home. She is a little overweight at the moment, but with a good diet and gentle exercise, she should start to shed the excess. She has had three teeth extracted.
