Ela é uma menina muito doce que está um pouco sobrecarregada por estar em novos ambientes, mas já está se divertindo com carinho gentil e adora uma coçadinha na barriga. Glitter gosta de outros cães e ficaria muito feliz em dividir seu novo lar com outro cachorro amigável. Em circunstâncias adequadas e com adotantes que estejam presentes a maioria do tempo, consideraríamos colocá-la como único cão. Ela seria mais adequada para uma casa calma e tranquila, onde ela possa receber muitos carinhos enquanto se acostuma ao seu próprio ritmo. Consideraríamos colocá-la com adolescentes ou crianças mais velhas que saibam lidar com cães. Ela nunca viveu em casa antes, então Glitter precisará de adotantes pacientes e compreensivos que a ajudem a aprender tudo sobre vida em casa e novas habilidades, como treino de banheiro, bem como como andar com coleira. Com bondade, reforço positivo e muitos carinhos, achamos que ela logo começará a se adaptar. Glitter é uma garota maravilhosa que só precisa de uma chance, e não podemos esperar para vê-la florescer em um lar amoroso para sempre. Ela está um pouco acima do peso no momento, mas com uma boa dieta e exercício suave, ela deve começar a perder o excesso. Este cão pode ser adotado com um cão residente.

Glitter has come to us from a breeder and is now searching for her forever home. She is the sweetest girl and it's so hard to believe that she's still waiting to find her forever home! She is a beautiful girl and her personality is even more beautiful. She’s the type of dog that lights up every room she walks into, and every staff member at the rescue loves her very much. You could say she’s a bit of a celebrity around here! She loves greeting everyone and saying hello to them and we think she is going to absolutely love being somones special girl. Glitter absolutely loves humans and is at her happiest when she’s sat on our laps having big snuggles and will even fall asleep with her little head resting gently on you. Glitter shares her kennel here with other dogs, but, she can show some guarding behaviours when other dogs come over to have some affection too. Because of this, we think she’d prefer to live as an only dog so she wouldn’t need to share her humans and can have all the love and attention for herself. We would consider homing her with gentle dog savvy teenagers or older children. She has never lived in a home before, so Glitter will need patient and understanding adopters who can help her learn all about home life and new skills such as house training and other day to day routines. She has started learning how to walk on a lead, but may need some practice in her new garden before venturing out into the big world! With kindness, reassurance and plenty of love, we feel she will soon start to settle in. Glitter is a lovely girl who just needs a chance, and we can’t wait to see her flourish in a loving forever home. She is a little overweight at the moment, but with a good diet and gentle exercise, she should start to shed the excess. She has had three teeth extracted.
