09-05-26 Glitter nous a été envoyée par un éleveur et cherche maintenant sa maison pour toujours. C'est une petite fille très douce qui est un peu submergée par l'endroit nouveau, mais elle apprécie déjà les attentions douces et adore les chatouilles sur le ventre. Glitter aime les autres chiens et serait très heureuse de partager sa nouvelle maison avec un autre chien bienveillant. Dans les bonnes conditions et avec des adoptants présents la plupart du temps, nous envisagerions de la placer en tant que seul chien. Elle conviendrait le mieux à une maison calme et tranquille, où elle recevra beaucoup d'amour pendant qu'elle s'habitue à son rythme. Nous considérerions de la placer avec des adolescents ou des enfants plus âgés qui savent s'occuper des chiens. Elle n'a jamais vécu dans une maison auparavant, donc Glitter aura besoin d'adoptants patients et compréhensifs qui l'aideront à apprendre tout ce qu'il y a à savoir sur la vie à la maison ainsi que des nouvelles compétences comme l'entraînement aux toilettes ainsi que comment marcher en laisse. Avec de la bienveillance, des rassurances et beaucoup d'amour, nous pensons qu'elle commence bientôt à s'installer. Glitter est une charmante fille qui n'a besoin que d'une chance, et nous n'avons hâte de la voir s'épanouir dans une maison aimante pour toujours. Elle est un peu grosse actuellement, mais avec une bonne alimentation et un exercice doux, elle devrait commencer à perdre les excès. Ce chien peut être placé avec un chien résident.

Glitter has come to us from a breeder and is now searching for her forever home. She is the sweetest girl and it's so hard to believe that she's still waiting to find her forever home! She is a beautiful girl and her personality is even more beautiful. She’s the type of dog that lights up every room she walks into, and every staff member at the rescue loves her very much. You could say she’s a bit of a celebrity around here! She loves greeting everyone and saying hello to them and we think she is going to absolutely love being somones special girl. Glitter absolutely loves humans and is at her happiest when she’s sat on our laps having big snuggles and will even fall asleep with her little head resting gently on you. Glitter shares her kennel here with other dogs, but, she can show some guarding behaviours when other dogs come over to have some affection too. Because of this, we think she’d prefer to live as an only dog so she wouldn’t need to share her humans and can have all the love and attention for herself. We would consider homing her with gentle dog savvy teenagers or older children. She has never lived in a home before, so Glitter will need patient and understanding adopters who can help her learn all about home life and new skills such as house training and other day to day routines. She has started learning how to walk on a lead, but may need some practice in her new garden before venturing out into the big world! With kindness, reassurance and plenty of love, we feel she will soon start to settle in. Glitter is a lovely girl who just needs a chance, and we can’t wait to see her flourish in a loving forever home. She is a little overweight at the moment, but with a good diet and gentle exercise, she should start to shed the excess. She has had three teeth extracted.
