09-05-26 Glitter har kommit till oss från en avlare och söker nu efter sitt eviga hem. Hon är en mycket vänlig flicka som är lite överväldigad av att vara i nya omgivningar, men hon njuter redan av milda kramar och älskar verkligen att få sin buk ticklad. Glitter älskar andra hundar och skulle vara väldigt lycklig att dela sitt nya hem med en annan vänlig hund. Under rätt förhållanden och med adoptanter som är närvarande de flesta av tiden, skulle vi överväga att hushålla henne som enda hund. Hon skulle passa bäst till ett lugnt och stilla hem, där hon kan få massor av kärlek medan hon sätter sig in på sitt eget tempo. Vi skulle överväga att hushålla henne med försiktiga ungdomar eller äldre barn. Hon har aldrig bott i ett hem tidigare, så Glitter behöver tålmodiga och förstående adoptanter som kan hjälpa henne lära sig allt om hemliv och nya färdigheter som husbrottsträning samt hur man går på leken. Med nåd, trygghet och massor av kärlek tror vi att hon snart kommer att börja sitta in. Glitter är en vacker flicka som bara behöver en chans, och vi kan inte vänta på att se henne blomstra i ett älskande eviga hem. Hon är lite överviktig just nu, men med en bra kost och milda motioner borde hon börja bli av med överskottet. Den här hunden kan hushållas med en boende hund.

Glitter has come to us from a breeder and is now searching for her forever home. She is the sweetest girl and it's so hard to believe that she's still waiting to find her forever home! She is a beautiful girl and her personality is even more beautiful. She’s the type of dog that lights up every room she walks into, and every staff member at the rescue loves her very much. You could say she’s a bit of a celebrity around here! She loves greeting everyone and saying hello to them and we think she is going to absolutely love being somones special girl. Glitter absolutely loves humans and is at her happiest when she’s sat on our laps having big snuggles and will even fall asleep with her little head resting gently on you. Glitter shares her kennel here with other dogs, but, she can show some guarding behaviours when other dogs come over to have some affection too. Because of this, we think she’d prefer to live as an only dog so she wouldn’t need to share her humans and can have all the love and attention for herself. We would consider homing her with gentle dog savvy teenagers or older children. She has never lived in a home before, so Glitter will need patient and understanding adopters who can help her learn all about home life and new skills such as house training and other day to day routines. She has started learning how to walk on a lead, but may need some practice in her new garden before venturing out into the big world! With kindness, reassurance and plenty of love, we feel she will soon start to settle in. Glitter is a lovely girl who just needs a chance, and we can’t wait to see her flourish in a loving forever home. She is a little overweight at the moment, but with a good diet and gentle exercise, she should start to shed the excess. She has had three teeth extracted.
