Fuimos capaces de traer a este gran macho mestizo de aproximadamente tres años desde la Perrera hasta nuestro refugio animal en Calvià a mediados de diciembre, junto con su amigo canino Bailey (que sin embargo ya había sido permitido mudarse a una nueva casa aquí en la isla). Lamentablemente, Bruce no ha tenido mucha suerte en su vida hasta ahora. Por supuesto, Bruce ya se ha desarrollado más con nosotros. Lo conocemos aquí como un perro increíblemente great, interesado en todo, abierto y abiertamente mental, que valora el contacto humano por encima de todo, y que es realmente amigable con todos. Con la mayoría de los perros es bastante compatible y muy amigable. Los gatos definitivamente no deben acercarse a él, y claramente no necesitas comprobarlo; es absolutamente cierto. Además, se podrían encontrar algunos genes de una cabra montañesa en nuestro Bruce, porque su talento para escalar es lamentablemente muy notable y no se debe subestimar. Por supuesto, Bruce también tiene mucha energía y le gustaría y debería vivir al máximo. Así que estamos buscando personas para Bruce que realmente tengan suficiente tiempo para él y que ellas mismas tengan mucho deseo de actividad y movimiento. Si es posible - y en realidad decimos esto muy raramente con respecto a perros grandes - deberían vivir en un apartamento (lo cual por supuesto debe ofrecer un tamaño suficiente). Entonces sabríamos con certeza que Bruce está en buenas manos. Lamentablemente, Bruce hasta ahora no ha tenido una verdadera oportunidad de llevar una vida normal de perro, y eso nuevamente fue debido a "personas" y NO a él. Una cosa es segura: con las personas adecuadas a su lado, será un compañero y mejor amigo extraordinario para toda la vida ❤️

We were able to bring this great, approximately three-year-old mongrel male from the Perrera to our animal shelter in Calvià in mid-December – together with his dog buddy Bailey (who, however, was already allowed to move into a new home here on the island). Unfortunately, Bruce hasn’t had much luck in his life so far. Of course, Bruce has already developed further with us. We know him here now as an incredibly great, interested in everything, open and open-minded dog, who values human contact above all else – and who is really just friendly to everyone. With most dogs he is quite compatible and really friendly. Cats are definitely not allowed to be near him – and you clearly don’t need to check this; it’s absolutely certain. Furthermore, a few genes of a mountain goat could be found in our Bruce – because his climbing talent is unfortunately very remarkable and not to be underestimated. Of course, Bruce also has a lot of energy and he would like to and should live up to it. So we are looking for people for Bruce who really have enough time for him and who themselves have a lot of desire for activity and movement. If possible – and we actually say that very rarely with regard to larger dogs😉 – they should live in an apartment (which of course should offer a sufficient size). Then we would definitely know our Bruce in safe hands🙂. Unfortunately, Bruce has so far not had a real opportunity to lead a normal dog life – and that was again due to “people” and NOT to him. One thing is certain – with the right people by his side, he will be a super great companion and best friend for life ❤️
