Encontrado vagando por las calles, Diego fue rescatado y llevado a Live PAWS. Nos conmovió ver a este lindo chico tan cerrado. Cuando llegó, era muy tímido y retraído, desconfiado de las personas y se mantenía apartado. Ponerle un collar fue un desafío y pasearlo era completamente imposible. Con el tiempo, el amor y la paciencia, Diego comenzó lentamente a confiar, ayudado por su compañero de jaula, Cataleya. Comenzó a mostrar su verdadera personalidad: un gigante amable, al que el personal de la jaula describe como un verdadero buen balón. Ahora viene felizmente hacia ti, especialmente si hay desayuno involucrado, moviendo la cola furiosamente. A Diego le gusta caminar solo o con sus amigos de la jaula. Aunque todavía tiene un largo camino por recorrer y a veces puede ser tímido, especialmente alrededor de ruidos fuertes. Es un chico tan dulce sin pelo, no tenemos duda de que Diego haría una excelente compañía para siempre.

Found wandering the streets, Diego was rescued and brought to Live PAWS. It pulled on our heartstrings to see this lovely boy so shut down. When he arrived, he was very timid and withdrawn, unsure of people, and kept himself to himself. Putting a collar on him was a challenge, and walking him was completely out of the question. With time, love, and patience, Diego slowly began to trust, helped along by his kennel buddy, Cataleya. He started to show his true personality: a gentle giant, whom the kennel staff describe as a real goofball. He now happily comes over to you, especially if breakfast is involved, wagging his tail furiously. Diego enjoys walking alone or with his kennel friends. Although he still has a little way to go and can sometimes be timid, especially around loud noises. He is such a sweet natured boy , we have no doubt that Diego would make a wonderful forever companion.
