Nos enteramos de que dos perros vivían en condiciones terribles: su dueño falleció y la esposa ya no podía o no quería cuidar de ellos. Han vivido en una perrera al aire libre toda su vida y nunca han recibido la amabilidad y el cuidado que merecían. Pepsi convivía con el collie y no se llevaban bien. Tiene 7 años y, en general, parece estar sana. Necesita ser esterilizada, someterse a un chequeo médico completo, y su pelaje está en mal estado, pero la llevaremos a un lugar más feliz y la prepararemos para disfrutar de su propio hogar. Camina bien con correa y puede ser selectiva con otros perros. Solo daríamos en adopción como perro único. Ignora a los perros durante los paseos, pero ha discutido con su compañero de perrera, así que preferimos ser prudentes. Adora a las personas: es una típica Patterdale, enérgica y llena de vitalidad, y no tolerará a ningún animalito peludo, así que nada de gatos ni de ningún otro animal. Este es un animal mayor.

We were made aware of a pair of dogs living in terrible conditions – their owner passed and the wife was no longer able or willing to care for these dogs. They have lived in a kennel outdoors their whole lives and have never had the kindness and care they deserved. Pepsi lived with the collie and they did not get on – she is 7 years old and overall seems to be healthy – she needs to spayed, given a full health check and her coat is in poor condition – but we will get her to a happier place and ready to enjoy her own home. She walks well on lead, she can be selective with other dogs – and we would only rehome as an only dog. She ignores dogs on walks- but she has argued with her kennel mate – so we prefer to err on the side of caution She loves people – she is a typical Patterdale – she is bouncy and energetic – and will not tolerate any small furry creature- so no cats or anything else!
