Adoptar a Ursula

Ursula is a sweet little lady who has come into our care from a breeder and is now enjoying life in a foster home, where she has been for just over a fortnight and is starting to learn about home life. She is still slowly coming out of her shell and can easily become overwhelmed by new situations, but she is a very gentle girl who is making steady progress. When she does become worried, she has the potential to make the wrong decisions, and her adopters will need to be aware of this to ensure her comfortability. Ursula takes comfort from having a kind and confident dog around her and will need a resident dog in her new home who can help her understand that new things are not always scary. She would benefit greatly from having a canine companion to look to for reassurance as she continues to settle and build her confidence. With the right support, we are sure Ursula will continue to become more comfortable and show her lovely personality. Ursula has never lived in a home before, but she is already doing wonderfully with her house training in her foster home. She happily sleeps through the night without any accidents and is essentially house trained, which is fantastic progress. Her adopters will still need to be patient and understanding as she continues to learn about home life, lead walking and all the new experiences that come with being part of a family. She will need an adult-only calm and quiet home that can allow her to settle in at her own pace. Ursula was underweight when she arrived but is gradually gaining weight and becoming healthier and stronger. She is a gentle little girl who needs a calm and understanding home where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace. She may still become overwhelmed from time to time, but she is learning that she is safe and that her people will be there to reassure her. Ursula has bilateral Grade 2 luxating patellas, but with gentle exercise this is currently not causing her any problems. Her adopters will need to be aware that this is a pre-existing condition and a disclaimer will apply, meaning it may not be covered by insurance. She also arrived with an umbilical hernia, which has since been repaired during her spay. Ursula is a sweet and gentle little girl who has already made some lovely progress during her time in foster. She will need a family who can offer her patience, kindness and plenty of reassurance as she continues to find her confidence. With a kind resident dog by her side and a calm, loving home, we are sure Ursula will blossom into a wonderful companion. Ursula has a travel document. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
