Personalidad y comportamientoLa historia de Jimmy podría haber terminado de manera muy diferente... Lo vieron por primera vez en el mar cerca de una playa en Albufeira, luchando por mantenerse a flote. Se cree que es posible que lo hubieran lanzado desde un barco. Agotado y luchando por nadar, fue visto por algunos turistas, pero por razones desconocidas, nadie lo ayudó. Más tarde, Jimmy logró llegar a un hotel cercano, completamente agotado, tumbado sin moverse y totalmente desprovisto de energía. Afortunadamente, un voluntario nuestro que trabaja en el mismo hotel lo vio y actuó de inmediato. Lo llevó con seguridad a nuestro refugio, y allí comenzó su segunda oportunidad. Jimmy aún es muy joven y lleno de vida con la naturaleza más dulce. A pesar de lo que ha vivido, tiene un temperamento muy agradable, cariñoso, amigable e increíblemente amoroso. Es un chico activo y juguetón que disfruta de la interacción y prosperaría en un hogar donde pueda gastar su energía juvenil y seguir construyendo confianza. Personality & BehaviorJimmy’s story could have ended very differently…He was first seen in the sea near a beach in Albufeira, struggling to stay afloat. It is believed he may have been thrown from a boat. Exhausted and fighting to swim, he was spotted by some tourists , but for reasons unknown, no one helped him.Later, Jimmy somehow made his way to a nearby hotel, completely worn out, lying still and utterly drained of energy. Thankfully, one of our volunteers who works at the same hotel saw him and immediately stepped in. She brought him safely to our shelter, and that’s where his second chance began.Jimmy is still very young and full of life with the sweetest nature. Despite what he has been through, he has a very nice temperament, affectionate, friendly, and incredibly loving. He is an active, playful boy who enjoys interaction and would thrive in a home where he can burn off his youthful energy and continue building confidence. Adoption RequirementsHome type : Because Jimmy is young and lively he would do best with an active family or individual who enjoys walks and playtime with a secure outdoor space where he can run safely.Experience level : Someone willing to continue his training and guidance, who understands how to encourage proper interactions with other dogs and will help Jimmy build confidence.Other pets/kids : He would suit a family with children who understand how to interact kindly with dogs, or an active couple looking for a fun and affectionate companion.
