Personnalité et comportementLa histoire de Jimmy aurait pu prendre une autre tournure… Il a été vu pour la première fois dans la mer près d'une plage à Albufeira, en difficulté pour rester à flot. On croit qu'il aurait pu être jeté depuis un bateau. Épuisé et en train de nager avec difficulté, il a été repéré par des touristes, mais pour des raisons inconnues, personne ne l'a aidé. Plus tard, Jimmy est parvenu jusqu'à un hôtel voisin, complètement épuisé, allongé sans bouger et totalement vidé d'énergie. Heureusement, l'un de nos bénévoles qui travaille dans le même hôtel l'a vu et a immédiatement agi. Elle l'a amené en sécurité vers notre refuge, et c'est là que son deuxième chance a commencé. Jimmy est encore très jeune et plein de vie, avec une nature adorable. Malgré ce qu'il a traversé, il a un tempérament très agréable, affectueux, amical et extrêmement aimant. C'est un garçon actif et joueur qui apprécie les interactions et serait heureux dans un foyer où il pourrait dépenser son énergie juvénile et continuer à développer sa confiance. Conditions d'adoptionType de logement : Comme Jimmy est jeune et dynamique, il s'adapterait le mieux à une famille active ou à une personne qui aime les promenades et le jeu avec un espace extérieur sécurisé où il peut courir en toute sécurité.Niveau d'expérience : Quelqu'un disposé à continuer son entraînement et sa guidance, qui comprend comment encourager les bonnes interactions avec d'autres chiens et qui aidera Jimmy à développer sa confiance.Autres animaux/enfants : Il conviendrait à une famille ayant des enfants qui savent comment interagir gentiment avec les chiens, ou à un couple actif cherchant un compagnon amusant et affectueux. Personality & BehaviorJimmy’s story could have ended very differently…He was first seen in the sea near a beach in Albufeira, struggling to stay afloat. It is believed he may have been thrown from a boat. Exhausted and fighting to swim, he was spotted by some tourists , but for reasons unknown, no one helped him.Later, Jimmy somehow made his way to a nearby hotel, completely worn out, lying still and utterly drained of energy. Thankfully, one of our volunteers who works at the same hotel saw him and immediately stepped in. She brought him safely to our shelter, and that’s where his second chance began.Jimmy is still very young and full of life with the sweetest nature. Despite what he has been through, he has a very nice temperament, affectionate, friendly, and incredibly loving. He is an active, playful boy who enjoys interaction and would thrive in a home where he can burn off his youthful energy and continue building confidence. Adoption RequirementsHome type : Because Jimmy is young and lively he would do best with an active family or individual who enjoys walks and playtime with a secure outdoor space where he can run safely.Experience level : Someone willing to continue his training and guidance, who understands how to encourage proper interactions with other dogs and will help Jimmy build confidence.Other pets/kids : He would suit a family with children who understand how to interact kindly with dogs, or an active couple looking for a fun and affectionate companion.
