18-04-26 Conny est une petite dame timide qui nous a été amenée par un éleveur et peut être assez sensible. Elle n'est pas très confiante et trouve les nouvelles situations un peu étouffantes, donc elle aura besoin d'un foyer calme et compréhensif où elle se sentira en sécurité. Conny aura besoin d'un autre chien aimant et confiant dans son nouveau foyer, car elle prend beaucoup de réconfort auprès des autres chiens et comptera sur eux pour l'aider à s'installer et à développer sa confiance. Étant donné qu'elle n'a jamais vécu dans un foyer auparavant, Conny aura besoin d'adoptants patients qui pourront la guider doucement à travers les bases, y compris l'entraînement à la maison et l'apprentissage à marcher en laisse. Elle prendra un peu de temps pour s'adapter, mais avec du soutien et de la cohérence, elle commencera à prospérer. Conny pourrait vivre avec des adolescents qui connaissent les chiens et comprennent l'importance de lui donner de l'espace et d'être doux avec elle pendant qu'elle s'installe. Malgré sa timidité, elle est une jeune fille très douce et amicale qui apprécie les caresses une fois qu'elle se sent confortable. Conny cherche un foyer aimant et patient qui lui accordera le temps et le soutien dont elle a besoin, en retour, elle deviendra un compagnon fidèle et affectueux. Conny nous a été apportée avec des oreilles infectées, qui ont été traitées. Nos vétérinaires ont également noté qu'elle souffre d'une luxation de la rotule de grade 2 à sa jambe arrière gauche, ce qui pourrait s'améliorer grâce à un exercice doux alors qu'elle développe ses muscles. Elle a eu 20 dents retirées lors de sa stérilisation. Conny possède un document de voyage. Ce chien peut être adopté avec un chien résident.

Conny is a sweet and sensitive little lady who has come to us from a breeder and is now beginning to settle into foster care. She is a gentle, inoffensive soul who can still find people and new situations quite overwhelming, so she will need a calm and understanding home where she can continue to build confidence at her own pace. Conny takes great comfort from the other dogs in her foster home and loves pottering around the garden with them, so she will need another kind and confident resident dog in her new home. She is very reliant on canine companionship for reassurance and looks to the other dogs to help her feel safe and secure. Although Conny is becoming more comfortable moving around the home and garden, she is still wary of close human interaction and will often quietly hide under the garden furniture if people approach her too directly, which is heartbreaking as it’s clear she simply doesn’t yet understand what love and affection can feel like. Despite this, she is a lovely, gentle little dog who is slowly starting to settle and just needs time, patience and kindness to help her blossom. Prior to foster Conny had never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to continue guiding her through all the basics, including lead training and building confidence with everyday life. At the moment she has only explored the garden environment, but she is doing very well with her housetraining and settles calmly overnight in her crate alongside the other dogs. She would love a quieter home with perhaps one or two calm doggy friends and adopters who will allow her to come around in her own time without pressure. With gentle encouragement and reassurance, we are sure Conny will continue to make lovely progress. Conny came to us with infected ears, which have been treated. Our vets have also noted that she has Grade 2 luxating patella in her left hind leg, this may improve with gentle exercise as she builds muscle. She has had 20 teeth removed at the time of her spay. Conny has a travel document. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
