Edie est une petite chienne de race Bouledogue français d'environ 2 ans. Elle est une charmante, douce et intelligente petite dame et s'entend bien avec les humains mais n'aime pas les autres chiens ou trop de mouvement donc nous recherchons un environnement particulier pour elle. Elle est entrée dans notre garde il y a quelques mois mais est en chaleur donc cela a retardé son stérilisation et son adoption. Du côté positif, cela signifie que nous avons eu l'opportunité d'apprendre beaucoup sur elle et ses besoins donc nous savons quel type d'environnement convient à Edie. Edie est une petite dame active et a besoin d'exercice régulier et d'enrichissement adéquat. Elle aura besoin de quelques bonnes promenades par jour, pleines d'exploration et de reniflements, avec aussi un peu de jeu et de puzzles. Elle fait bien le dressage en cage et l'habitude de la maison et les adoptants devront être prêts à continuer ce travail. Elle peut passer un certain temps seule et est très contente de rester à la maison pendant que son humain travaille ou s'occupe. Cependant, elle aime la compagnie et nous soupçonnons qu'elle n'en avait pas beaucoup dans sa vie précédente, donc nous recherchons un foyer pour elle où l'humain sera présent la plupart du temps et travaillera à domicile (à l'avenir) et/ou à temps partiel. Elle adore la voiture et est toujours prête pour une aventure ! Elle adore sa nourriture mais pas toutes les nourritures lui convenant, donc nous aurons besoin de fournir des conseils sur une alimentation adaptée. Elle peut être trop enthousiaste lorsqu'elle mange, donc sa nounou de garde utilise une bouteille en plastique, des jouets en caoutchouc, des tapis léchables ou d'autres moyens pour fournir de l'enrichissement ainsi qu'un éparpillement de nourriture. Edie peut être réactive aux autres chiens en laisse. Par conséquent, nous recherchons un endroit calme pour son foyer définitif, idéalement une zone rurale ou un quartier très calme et mûr. Dans son foyer de garde, elle a accès à un quartier suburbain animé ainsi qu'à un plus calme et rural, et elle se comporte bien mieux dans le foyer rural où elle est beaucoup plus détendue. Elle cherchera un foyer adulte sans autres chiens et un logement calme sans beaucoup d'allées et venues. Elle adore mâcher. Elle a quelques os en nylon, des cornes de bison etc., mais trouvera d'autres choses à mâcher si on ne lui fournit pas des objets adaptés. Elle adore aussi son tapis léchable donc elle est heureuse de travailler dessus une fois qu'il est garni de bonnes gourmandises. Edie est une excellente compagne et une adorable petite dame orientée vers les humains. Elle a besoin d'aide continue pour s'habituer aux autres chiens et aux nouvelles situations mais nous pouvons fournir un soutien complet et des conseils sur ce point. Edie est très affectueuse avec ses humains et aime s'asseoir avec vous, rester sur le canapé à côté de vous ou jouer, juste à être proche de vous. Edie est entièrement vaccinée et pucée (981020000951776) et sera stérilisée avant d'aller dans son foyer définitif. Edie est une excellente compagne et profitera d'une vie pleine de divertissements et d'aventures avec sa nouvelle famille dans l'environnement approprié. Son foyer idéal : sera situé dans une zone rurale ou un quartier très calme et mûr sera un foyer adulte sans autres chiens aura aucun enfant jeune résidant ou visitant le foyer aura une maison avec un jardin pour qu'elle puisse explorer et faire des promenades sera là où quelqu'un travaillera à domicile ou au maximum à temps partiel si c'est à l'extérieur du foyer sera quelqu'un qui s'engage à donner à Edie du temps pour s'installer après un autre changement et lui offrir beaucoup de temps, de compréhension et d'espace pour s'adapter. fournira beaucoup d'exercice régulier et d'enrichissement adéquat pour elle continuera à travailler avec nous pour l'aider à s'installer dans son nouveau foyer Veuillez lire soigneusement le profil d'Edie et postulez uniquement si vous pensez correspondre aux critères. Edie is a little French Bulldog female aged about 2 years. She is a very sweet, cute and clever little lady and is good with people but not a fan of other dogs or too much hustle and bustle so we are looking for a particular home environment for her. She came into our care some months back but came into season so this delayed her neutering and her adoption. On the plus side this means that we have had an opportunity to learn a lot about her and her needs so we know a lot about the type of home environment that will work for her. Edie is an active little lady and needs plenty of regular exercise and appropriate enrichment. .She will need a couple of good walks, full of exploration and sniffing, each day, with some play and puzzles too. She is doing well with crate training and house training and any adopters will need to be prepared to continue with this. She can spend some time alone and is quite happy to hang out while her human works or potters. However, she loves company and did not have much of this we suspect in her previous life and so we are looking for a home for her where her human is around much of the time and will be working from home (in the future) and/or on a part-time basis. She is great in the car and is always up for an adventure! She loves her food but not all food agrees with her so we will need to provide guidance on a food that works for her. She can be overenthusiastic when eating so her foster mum uses a plastic bottle, kongs, lick mats or other ways to provide enrichment and also uses scatter feeding for her. Edie can be reactive to other dogs on lead. As such we are looking for a quiet area for her forever home, ideally a rural area or a very quiet, mature suburban location. In her foster home she has access to both a busy suburban area and a quieter, more rural one and does infinitely better in the rural home where she is much more relaxed. She will be looking for an adult home with no other dogs and a quieter home without lots of comings and goings. . She loves a good chew . She has a few nylabones , buffalo horns etc but will find other things to chew if she is not provided with suitable chewables. She loves her lickmat too so is happy to work away on that once it has been laced with suitable yummies. Edie is a lovely companion and a very sweet people-oriented little lady. She needs some continuing help with comfort with other dogs and new situations but we can provide full support and guidance on this. Edie is very affectionate with her humans and loves to sit with you, hanging out on the sofa beside you or playing, just being close to you. Edie is fully vaccinated and microchipped (981020000951776) and she will be neutered before going to her forever home. Edie is a fantastic companion and will enjoy a fun and adventure filled life with her new family in the right environment.
