A LAIKA arrived at the shelter with her sister, brought by people who did not spay their dogs. A Laika chegou ao abrigo juntamente com a sua irmã, trazida por pessoas que não esterilizaram os seus cães. Quando a mãe ficou grávida e teve cachorros, os bebés foram sendo entregues a quem os quis e as duas últimas acabaram deixadas no abrigo. A Laika é uma cachorra muito meiga e amigável, habituada ao contacto com as pessoas e muito brincalhona. Já passeia à trela. Vai ser entregue vacinada, desparasitada, esterilizada e com microchip.
