Linus est l'un des quatre frères trouvés en tant que chiots à Tierra Blanca. Ils venaient initialement d'un refuge gouvernemental avec d'autres chiens listés pour adoption. Deux de ses frères ont déjà été adoptés, tandis que Linus et son frère Lupo attendent toujours leur chance d'avoir un foyer définitif. Linus est un chien extrêmement nerveux et très sensible qui apprend encore que le monde peut être un endroit sûr. Il a été initialement en garde temporaire avec un bénévole, mais il a ensuite été décidé qu'un environnement de refuge serait plus adapté pour lui à ce stade, car il offre une socialisation structurée et une interaction régulière avec d'autres chiens, ce qui l'aide à progresser graduellement dans la confiance sans pression. Il aura besoin d'un adoptant très calme, compréhensif et patient, qui est expérimenté ou prêt à travailler doucement avec un chien craintif. Il a besoin de temps, d'espace et de tout faire à son rythme pour qu'il puisse lentement apprendre à faire confiance. Linus is one of four brothers who were found as puppies in Tierra Blanca. They originally came from a government shelter along with other dogs listed for rehoming.Two of his brothers have already been adopted, while Linus and his brother Lupo are still waiting for their chance at a forever home.Linus is an extremely nervous and very sensitive dog who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. He was initially in foster care with a volunteer, but it was later decided that a refuge environment would be more suitable for him at this stage, as it provides structured socialisation and regular interaction with other dogs, which helps him gradually build confidence without pressure.He will need a very calm, understanding, and patient adopter who is experienced with or willing to work gently with a fearful dog.
