Dolcissimo Leonardo era stato dato via dal suo cacciatore e fortunatamente uno dei nostri meravigliosi canili partner si è immediatamente offerto di dargli un posto con loro. È un dolce ragazzone che è più piccolo di quanto sembri nelle sue foto! È molto bravo con gli altri cani e nel rifugio dove si trova ha anche a disposizione maiali, capre e cavalli insieme a cani di tutte le dimensioni e razze. Non è stato testato con i gatti, ma questo può essere organizzato poiché hanno anche dei gatti lì. È un ragazzone curioso e giocoso che non impiega molto tempo per costruire la sua fiducia e avvicinarsi a te per ricevere un po' di attenzione. In una casa, pensiamo che accoglierà molto rapidamente le coccole! Leonardo è un buon tuttofare, potrebbe vivere come cane unico o con altri compagni canini. Pensiamo inoltre che potrebbe essere flessibile in termini di località, sebbene in una città affollata l'adottatore dovrà essere paziente e aiutarlo ad abituarsi. Pensiamo che Leonardo potrebbe essere un buon candidato per bambini di 8 anni in su. È castrato, vaccinato e negativo per tutte le malattie mediterranee escluse le Babesia - come già detto, è risultato positivo e sta ricevendo trattamento per questa, quindi possiamo rifare il test per verificare il tutto chiaro. Sweet little Leonardo was being given up by his hunter and thankfully one of our wonderful partner kennels stepped in to offer him a spot with them. He’s a really sweet little chap who is smaller than his photos make him look! He is great with other dogs and at the rescue where he is at, he also gets exposure to pigs, goats and horses along with dogs of all different sizes and breeds. He’s not been cat tested, but that can be arranged as they also do have cats there. He’s a curious and playful little chap, who doesn’t take too long to build his confidence and approach you for some fuss. In a home, we expect he would welcome cuddles very quickly! Leonardo is a good all rounder, he could live as an only dog, or with other canine companions. We also think he could be flexible in terms of location, although in a busy city an adopter would need to be patient and help him adjust. We think Leonardo could be a good candidate for a children 8+. Leonardo is neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for all Mediterranean diseases excluding Babesia - as already stated he has tested positive and is receiving treatment for this, so we can retest for the all clear.
