Roxy este o fată frumoasă care iubește să stea alături de oamenii ei și din acest motiv va avea nevoie de cineva cu ore de plecare joase care să fie fericit să construiască treptat legătura. Caută o casă liniștită unde poate să-și ia plimbările plăcute înainte de a se îmbrățișa cu oamenii ei pentru a-și vedea emisiunile preferate la televizor (este un mare fan al Jocurilor Thronurilor... nu o aduce pe nimeni să vorbească despre final). Roxy poate fi puțin neliniștită în întâlnirea cu oamenii noi inițial, dar se încurajează repede cu un gustos tratament oferit! Roxy este un băltoș de bucurie - merită cu adevărat o casă pentru totdeauna în care să își poată chema acasa. Roxy este un Bulldog Mix de 6 ani cu mult curaj care caută casa ei pentru totdeauna! Din cauza iubirii pentru atenția pe care o primește, preferă să fie singurul câine din casă, dar lucrează la abilitățile sale de socializare cu îngrijitorii ei și își place plimbarea paralelă cu prieteni calm. Roxy caută să trăiască cu copii mai mari care sunt obișnuiți cu rasele mari, deoarece este o fată dulce și caldă care are atât de multă dragoste de oferit oamenilor - oferă cele mai bune îmbrățișări și îi place să-ți dea un mare sărut pe față! Caută o casă activă care să o ajute să se angajeze în activități de enrichiment și s-o ia afară pentru niște plimbări pline de mirosuri plăcute - îi place și o cursă bună prin câmp deschis cu mulți jucării de jucat (un fotbal fiind favoritul ei)!

Roxy is a big fan of water and loves splashing around in a river, or better yet, chasing a ball into the river is her idea of a perfect outing! She can be a little ball obsessed, but we absolutely love watching her chase them across a field, always bringing them back to your feet for the fun to continue. Building a bond with Roxy is certainly a bond for life, as she showers those she loves with endless affection, happily snoozing beside you when the day is done. She would like a reasonably active home where she can play until her hearts content, have some nice sniffy walks in quieter places and continue to build her confidence in all areas of life. She's a very smart girl and loves to learn new things, especially if there is a tasty treat on offer! She is a true gem for a bully lover who has the patience and time to give her the life she deserves! Roxy is a 6 year old Bulldog Cross who has stolen the hearts of many people here at the center! She is a super affectionate and playful girl looking for a home where she can be taken on nice, quiet adventures followed by a delightful snooze on the sofa. Roxy could live with teenagers who are comfortable around bigger dogs, as she can jump up to say hello and loves to give kisses. Roxy can be worried by strange dogs and cannot currently live with another dog, but she has come on leaps and bounds with her dog social skills and can make calm dog friends out and about. Roxy would prefer a calm household as she can be worried by strangers, because she wasn't always treated very well in the past, however with a calm and positive approach, she is very capable of making plenty of human friends. She will need owners who can advocate for her needs when out in public, so that she can continue to build her confidence and skills in this area. Roxy does love her people and would prefer for them to be home a lot of the time, however she is capable of being left for a few hours.
