Roxy è una dolce ragazza che adora stare con le sue persone e per questo avrà bisogno di qualcuno con orari di uscita bassi che sia felice di costruire gradualmente la sua fiducia. Cerca una casa tranquilla dove può godersi le sue belle passeggiate prima di rannicchiarsi con le sue persone per guardare i suoi programmi televisivi preferiti (è una grande fan di Game of Thrones... non iniziare a parlare dell'ultima parte). Roxy può essere un po' timida all'inizio quando incontra nuove persone, ma si riscalda presto se si offre un buon cibo gustoso! Roxy è una palla di divertimento - merita davvero una casa permanente che possa chiamare sua. Roxy è un incrocio Bulldog di 6 anni con tanta grinta che cerca la sua casa permanente! A causa del suo amore per l'attenzione solo per lei, preferirebbe essere l'unico cane in casa, ma sta imparando le sue capacità sociali con i suoi assistenti e gode delle passeggiate parallele con amici calmi. Roxy cerca di vivere con bambini più grandi che sono abituati alle razze grandi poiché è una dolce ragazza affettuosa che ha tanto amore da dare alle sue persone - fa i migliori abbracci e ama piantare un grande bacio sulla tua guancia! Cerca una famiglia attiva che la aiuti a fare attività di arricchimento e la porti fuori per belle passeggiate con tanti odori da scoprire - anche le piace una bella corsa in un campo recintato con tanti giochi da giocare (un pallone da calcio è il suo preferito)!

Roxy is a big fan of water and loves splashing around in a river, or better yet, chasing a ball into the river is her idea of a perfect outing! She can be a little ball obsessed, but we absolutely love watching her chase them across a field, always bringing them back to your feet for the fun to continue. Building a bond with Roxy is certainly a bond for life, as she showers those she loves with endless affection, happily snoozing beside you when the day is done. She would like a reasonably active home where she can play until her hearts content, have some nice sniffy walks in quieter places and continue to build her confidence in all areas of life. She's a very smart girl and loves to learn new things, especially if there is a tasty treat on offer! She is a true gem for a bully lover who has the patience and time to give her the life she deserves! Roxy is a 6 year old Bulldog Cross who has stolen the hearts of many people here at the center! She is a super affectionate and playful girl looking for a home where she can be taken on nice, quiet adventures followed by a delightful snooze on the sofa. Roxy could live with teenagers who are comfortable around bigger dogs, as she can jump up to say hello and loves to give kisses. Roxy can be worried by strange dogs and cannot currently live with another dog, but she has come on leaps and bounds with her dog social skills and can make calm dog friends out and about. Roxy would prefer a calm household as she can be worried by strangers, because she wasn't always treated very well in the past, however with a calm and positive approach, she is very capable of making plenty of human friends. She will need owners who can advocate for her needs when out in public, so that she can continue to build her confidence and skills in this area. Roxy does love her people and would prefer for them to be home a lot of the time, however she is capable of being left for a few hours.
