Ela está procurando um lar tranquilo onde possa aproveitar seus bons passeios antes de se aconchegar com suas pessoas para assistir aos seus programas de TV favoritos (ela é uma grande fã de Jogo do Trono... não comece a falar sobre o final). Roxy pode ser um pouco ansiosa ao conhecer pessoas novas inicialmente, mas logo aquece com um docinho saboroso à disposição! Roxy é uma bola de diversão - ela realmente merece um lar para sempre que possa chamá-lo de seu. Roxy é uma Bulldog cruzada de 6 anos com muita personalidade que está buscando seu lar para sempre! Devido ao amor por toda a atenção só para ela, ela prefere ser o único cachorro no lar, mas está trabalhando em suas habilidades sociais caninas com seus cuidadores e gosta de caminhar paralelamente com amigos calmos. Roxy está procurando viver com crianças mais velhas que estão acostumadas com raças grandes, pois ela é uma menina doce e carinhosa que tem muito amor para dar às suas pessoas - ela dá os melhores abraços e gosta de botar um beijo bem grande no seu rosto! Ela está procurando uma casa ativa que a ajude a se envolver com enriquecimento e a leve para alguns bons passeios com cheirinhos - ela também adora uma boa corrida em um campo fechado com muitos brinquedos para brincar (uma bola de futebol sendo seu favorito)!

Roxy is a big fan of water and loves splashing around in a river, or better yet, chasing a ball into the river is her idea of a perfect outing! She can be a little ball obsessed, but we absolutely love watching her chase them across a field, always bringing them back to your feet for the fun to continue. Building a bond with Roxy is certainly a bond for life, as she showers those she loves with endless affection, happily snoozing beside you when the day is done. She would like a reasonably active home where she can play until her hearts content, have some nice sniffy walks in quieter places and continue to build her confidence in all areas of life. She's a very smart girl and loves to learn new things, especially if there is a tasty treat on offer! She is a true gem for a bully lover who has the patience and time to give her the life she deserves! Roxy is a 6 year old Bulldog Cross who has stolen the hearts of many people here at the center! She is a super affectionate and playful girl looking for a home where she can be taken on nice, quiet adventures followed by a delightful snooze on the sofa. Roxy could live with teenagers who are comfortable around bigger dogs, as she can jump up to say hello and loves to give kisses. Roxy can be worried by strange dogs and cannot currently live with another dog, but she has come on leaps and bounds with her dog social skills and can make calm dog friends out and about. Roxy would prefer a calm household as she can be worried by strangers, because she wasn't always treated very well in the past, however with a calm and positive approach, she is very capable of making plenty of human friends. She will need owners who can advocate for her needs when out in public, so that she can continue to build her confidence and skills in this area. Roxy does love her people and would prefer for them to be home a lot of the time, however she is capable of being left for a few hours.
