I am the smallest and most cautious of my siblings. While Nolan often rushes ahead without thinking, I prefer to take a moment to observe and think: should I go, or should I wait? Fortunately, my curiosity is winning more and more! And although I may be the smallest, don't think for a moment that I'll let anyone get the better of me. If my brother or sister challenges me to a game of roughhousing, I'll join in. That's when my tough side comes out! There's one thing that makes me even bolder: food! As soon as I realize there's something tasty to be had, the distance between me and people suddenly shrinks. With a tasty treat, you can achieve quite a lot. I'm especially good at looking adorably at a safe distance. You can almost literally see me thinking. I'd love to come and visit, but sometimes I need to gather my courage. Step by step, I'm getting bolder. I also love to play. At first, I like to watch moving toys from a safe distance. But once I take the plunge, I go all out! Feathers, balls, and other toys are fun, but the tunnel is my absolute favorite. I can race through it and really let loose. I'm still a bit cautious around people. Sudden movements can startle me, and I'm not comfortable being held or petted extensively right now. But with calmness, patience, and of course, some treats, I'm getting more and more comfortable. Sometimes it even seems like I'm discovering that petting can actually be quite nice! My trust needs to be built up slowly, and I appreciate it when my humans respect my boundaries. I'm especially cautious around new people. I prefer to observe from a safe distance before approaching. But my curiosity is growing, and I'm taking small, brave steps. With people I know better, I'm getting more and more comfortable. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm definitely on my way! I get along well with other cats. My brother Nolan and sister Noxi are great playmates, and I enjoy having a cat around. A social, more confident feline friend would be great for me. Maybe such a friend could show me that the world isn't so scary after all. Because I can still get startled by sudden movements and noises, I'm looking for a quiet home without young children. We're not sure how I'll react to older kids. What's most important to me is peace, predictability, and people who give me time. My ideal home is a place where I don't have to force anything. Where I can get used to things at my own pace, play and climb, and decide when I want to get closer. If you give me that time, I expect I'll become more confident. Ik ben de kleinste en voorzichtigste van mijn broertjes en zusje. Waar Nolan vaak zonder nadenken vooropgaat, kijk ik liever eerst rustig de kat uit de boom. Ik observeer graag wat er om me heen gebeurt en denk dan goed na: zal ik wel, of zal ik toch nog even wachten? Mijn nieuwsgierigheid wint gelukkig steeds vaker! En hoewel ik misschien de kleinste ben, moet je niet denken dat ik me zomaar laat ondersneeuwen. Als mijn broertje of zusje mij uitdaagt voor een potje stoeien, doe ik gewoon mee. Dan komt mijn stoere kant ineens tevoorschijn! Er is trouwens één ding dat mij nét wat dapperder maakt: eten! Zodra ik doorheb dat er iets lekkers te halen valt, wordt de afstand tussen mij en mensen ineens een stuk kleiner. Met een lekker hapje kun je dus behoorlijk wat bereiken. Ik ben vooral heel goed in op veilige afstand ontzettend schattig naar je kijken. Je ziet me dan bijna letterlijk nadenken. Ik wil wel graag komen kijken, maar moet soms nog even moed verzamelen. Stapje voor stapje durf ik steeds meer. Ook spelen vind ik ontzettend leuk. In het begin bekijk ik bewegende speeltjes graag eerst vanaf een veilige afstand. Maar als ik eenmaal de stap heb gezet, ga ik er helemaal voor! Veertjes, balletjes en andere speeltjes zijn leuk, maar de tunnel is absoluut mijn favoriet. Daar kan ik heerlijk doorheen racen en mezelf helemaal uitleven. Met mensen ben ik nog voorzichtig. Onverwachte bewegingen kunnen me laten schrikken en ik word op dit moment nog niet graag vastgehouden of uitgebreid geaaid. Maar met rust, geduld en natuurlijk wat lekkers laat ik steeds iets meer toe. Soms lijkt het zelfs alsof ik ineens ontdek dat aaien eigenlijk best fijn is! Mijn vertrouwen moet rustig worden opgebouwd en ik vind het fijn als mijn mensen mijn grenzen respecteren. Bij nieuwe mensen ben ik vooral afwachtend. Ik kijk liever eerst vanaf een veilige plek toe voordat ik dichterbij kom. Maar mijn nieuwsgierigheid groeit en ik maak steeds mooie kleine stapjes. Bij mensen die ik beter ken, voel ik me steeds meer op mijn gemak. Ik ben er nog niet helemaal, maar ik ben zeker onderweg! Met andere katten kan ik goed overweg. Mijn broertje Nolan en zusje Noxi zijn fijne speelmaatjes en ik vind het gezellig om een katje om me heen te hebben. Een sociaal en wat zelfverzekerder kattenvriendje zou voor mij zelfs heel fijn kunnen zijn. Misschien kan zo’n vriendje mij wel laten zien dat de wereld helemaal niet zo spannend is. Omdat ik nog snel kan schrikken van onverwachte bewegingen en geluiden, zoek ik een rustig thuis zonder kleine kinderen. Hoe ik precies op oudere kinderen reageer, weten we nog niet. Rust, voorspelbaarheid en mensen die mij de tijd geven zijn voor mij het allerbelangrijkst. Mijn ideale thuis is een plek waar ik niets hoef te forceren. Waar ik rustig mag wennen, lekker kan spelen en klimmen en zelf mag bepalen wanneer ik een stapje dichterbij kom. Geef je mij die tijd, dan verwacht ik dat ik steeds verder uit mijn schulp zal kruipen. Misschien mag ik samen met Nolan of Noxi verhuizen.
