Hoi, ik ben Twix, maar mijn gastgezin noemt mij ook wel Snorremans! 🐾 En als je naar mijn snoetje kijkt, snap je waarschijnlijk meteen waarom. Ik heb namelijk een prachtige tekening die eruitziet als een grote snor. Best bijzonder, toch? Mijn karakter is misschien nog wat minder stoer dan mijn snor doet vermoeden. Ik ben namelijk nog een beetje voorzichtig. Nieuwe mensen en nieuwe geluiden vind ik spannend en als ik je nog niet ken, kan ik me even verstoppen. Maar ik ben zeker niet ongeïnteresseerd! Ik kom juist graag kijken wat je aan het doen bent en blijf het liefst in je buurt. Ik woon nu ongeveer twee weken in mijn gastgezin en daar maak ik steeds meer stappen. Ik speel graag met de mensen om mij heen en laat me, als ik je ken, voorzichtig aaien. Ik ben heel zachtaardig en wil eigenlijk best graag contact, maar ik heb gewoon wat tijd nodig om genoeg vertrouwen te krijgen. Met mijn broers en zusjes kan ik het uitstekend vinden. Ik ben eigenlijk altijd wel met één van hen aan het spelen. Balletjes, veertjes en de speeltunnel vind ik leuk en we kunnen heerlijk samen door het huis rennen. Als we moe zijn, kruipen we gezellig bij elkaar om te slapen. Met Skittles, de andere kater uit mijn nestje, lig ik regelmatig samen te slapen. ❤️ Mijn nieuwe thuis moet daarom vooral rustig zijn. Een huis zonder kinderen of met oudere kinderen zou goed bij mij passen. Ik woon nu samen met kinderen van 15 en 17 jaar. Met honden heb ik nog geen ervaring en die vind ik op dit moment waarschijnlijk nog te spannend. Met volwassen katten heb ik ook nog geen ervaring, al zou een rustige, zachtaardige kat misschien goed bij mij passen. Ik zou het fijn vinden om samen met een ander kitten te verhuizen. Een sociaal kitten kan mij helpen om steeds meer vertrouwen te krijgen en mij laten zien dat mijn nieuwe omgeving veilig is. Skittles is natuurlijk een mooie match, maar ook met één van mijn andere nestgenootjes kan ik goed overweg. Mijn toekomstige baasje moet vooral geduld hebben en begrijpen dat ik in een nieuw huis weer even opnieuw moet wennen. Mijn socialisatie is nog volop bezig. Maar ik ben zachtaardig, nieuwsgierig en wil graag steeds meer ontdekken. Geef mij de tijd en ik verwacht dat ik kan uitgroeien tot een ontzettend gezellige en sociale kater.
