I have a calm and sensitive personality and it shines through. Loudness is not really my thing—I just love a calm, nice environment where I can be myself. In the beginning, I am a bit shy. New people and new places are exciting, so I need some time to adjust. But if you give me that time and peace, you will see how I slowly blossom. When I feel at ease, I absolutely love attention. Soft petting and scratches on my head are heavenly—then I completely relax and let myself be pampered. Dogs do not suit me so well; they are often a bit too busy for me. With other cats, I can get along just fine. Their company gives me peace and trust, so a friendly feline companion would be very nice for me. My ideal home is a quiet and patient household without too many distractions, where I can adjust at my own pace. When I feel safe, I grow into a very affectionate and sociable housemate. Hoi, ik ben Azrou! Ik ben een bijzonder lieve en zachtaardige poes die momenteel in een gastgezin verblijft. Ik heb een rustig en gevoelig karakter en straal dat ook uit. Drukte is niet echt mijn ding — ik hou juist van een kalme, fijne omgeving waarin ik mezelf kan zijn. In het begin ben ik een beetje verlegen. Nieuwe mensen en nieuwe plekken vind ik spannend, dus ik heb even tijd nodig om te wennen. Maar als je mij die tijd en rust geeft, zul je zien hoe ik langzaam openbloei. Wanneer ik me op mijn gemak voel, geniet ik ontzettend van aandacht. Zacht aaien en kriebels op mijn kopje vind ik heerlijk — dan ontspan ik helemaal en laat ik me graag verwennen. Honden passen niet zo goed bij mij, die zijn me vaak net wat te druk. Met andere katten kan ik juist wél goed overweg. Hun gezelschap geeft me rust en vertrouwen, dus een vriendelijk kattenmaatje zou heel fijn voor mij zijn. Mijn ideale thuis is een rustig en geduldig huishouden, zonder al te veel prikkels, waar ik op mijn eigen tempo mag wennen.
