Current location: animal shelter Istanbul (Turkey) Surrender reason: Was abandoned Askan was surrendered to the station by his previous owner a few years ago due to a lack of time. He is a sturdy and confident male dog. He is friendly with people, absolutely cuddly, and clingy. Experience with handling the Dogo Argentino breed is required. Askan may never leave his run. There are no volunteers or dog walkers in the station. It is a torture for the dogs to live like this. Walking on a leash must still be trained. We recommend keeping Askan as a single dog. Depending on the state, certain requirements must be met for the care of this breed. Interested parties should inform themselves about this in advance. An enclosed garden for the dignified male dog would be ideal. A very people-oriented male dog that longs for an appropriate life and home. We have known him for years.

Derzeitiger Aufenthaltsort: Tierheim Istanbul (Türkei) Abgabegrund: Wurde ausgesetzt Askan wurde vor einigen Jahren von seinem damaligen Besitzer aus Zeitmangel in der Station abgegeben. Er ist ein stattlicher und selbstbewusster Rüde. Er ist zu Menschen lieb, absolut verschmust und anhänglich. Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Rasse Dogo Argentino ist erforderlich. Askan darf seinen Zwinger leider nie verlassen. In der Station gibt es weder ehrenamtliche Helfer noch Gassigänger. Für die Hunde ist es eine Tortur, so leben zu müssen. Das Laufen an der Leine muss noch in Ruhe trainiert werden. Wir empfehlen, Askan als Einzelhund zu halten. Je nach Bundesland sind für die Haltung dieser Rassen bestimmte Auflagen zu erfüllen. Interessenten sollten sich dazu bitte im Vorfeld informieren. Ideal für den stattlichen Rüden wäre ein hundesicher eingezäunter Garten. Ein sehr menschenbezogener Rüde, der sich nach einem artgerechten Leben und Zuhause sehnt. Wir kennen ihn schon Jahre.
