Askan – our big bear Askan is a rehoming dog, as his former owner, unfortunately, was no longer able to care for him due to health reasons. Our bear is a very special character – not always easy, but with a big heart if you take the time to get to know him. Askan needs his space and does not like being crowded. Men are not necessarily among his favorites – he tends to be somewhat more open toward women. Despite his quirks, Askan loves life: he enjoys romping around and has a few select toys that are sacred to him. At the moment, only our shelter staff walks him, so that they can get to know him better and build trust. Askan is a true character dog – strong, independent, and with a soft core that shows when he is given time, patience, and respect.

Askan – unser großer Bär Askan ist ein Abgabehund, da sein früherer Besitzer ihn aus gesundheitlichen Gründen leider nicht mehr versorgen konnte.Unser Bär ist ein ganz besonderer Charakter – nicht immer einfach, aber mit einem großen Herz, wenn man sich auf ihn einlässt. Askan braucht seinen Freiraum und mag es nicht, bedrängt zu werden. Männer gehören nicht unbedingt zu seinen Favoriten – Frauen gegenüber zeigt er sich meist etwas aufgeschlossener. Trotz seiner Eigenheiten liebt Askan das Leben: Er tobt gerne herum und hat einige ausgewählte Spielsachen, die ihm heilig sind. Momentan geht nur unser Tierheimpersonal mit ihm spazieren, um ihn besser kennenzulernen und Vertrauen aufzubauen. Askan ist ein echter Charakterhund – stark, eigenständig und mit einem weichen Kern, der sich zeigt, wenn man ihm Zeit, Geduld und Respekt schenkt.
