This gorgeous girl is Athena! She is looking for a patient and understanding home. When she first arrived with us, she was nervous, timid and frightened of the world. With time, kindness and patience, she has come on so much, and it has been wonderful to watch her confidence grow. She will now happily greet the staff with a waggy tail and is showing us what a truly sweet and loving girl she is. She has a lovely temperament, walks nicely on the lead and enjoys getting out for her daily walks. She will need a calm patient home where her new family will continue to let her settle at her own pace. She has socialised well with other dogs whilst in our care so we feel that she could potentially live with another dog (must be neutered) following a successful meet and greet. She would benefit from a private secure garden. Breed experience would be an advantage. As Athena came into the home as a stray we have no previous history on her, and as she can still be a little timid and unsure we would like any children in the home to be 16+ years. We are unsure how she would react around cats.
