Primary vaccination + rabies—Avis is looking for a forever home or a foster placement. Sometimes, a single glance says more than a thousand words. Avis’s story began filled with fear and suffering. She was severely abused and rescued from the streets in a terrible condition. At the time, she was extremely shy and didn’t know if she’d ever be able to trust humans again. Today, she has blossomed into a wonderful dog. She’s cuddly, obedient, calm, and thoroughly enjoys the company of her trusted humans. Avis has a rather balanced temperament and isn’t one for taking big risks—she loves a relaxed home environment with people who offer her security and love. She’s lived harmoniously with her current roommate Edna for a long time. However, other dogs aren’t necessarily her thing. She doesn’t seek out conflict and shows no problems around other dogs during walks—but she’d prefer not to share her home with an unfamiliar dog. Therefore, we’d like either a single-dog home for her or a home together with her trusted friend Edna. Due to her sensitive nature, children in her new home should already be older. We don’t yet know how she’ll react to cats—though we’d be happy to test that if there’s interest. Sie wurde schwer misshandelt und in einem schrecklichen Zustand von der Straße gerettet. Damals war sie sehr scheu und wusste nicht, ob sie den Menschen jemals wieder vertrauen kann. Heute ist aus ihr eine wunderbare Hündin geworden. Sie ist verschmust, gehorsam, ruhig und genießt die Nähe ihrer Bezugspersonen. Avis hat einen eher ausgeglichenen Charakter und ist keine Draufgängerin – sie liebt ein entspanntes Zuhause mit Menschen, die ihr Sicherheit und Liebe schenken. Mit ihrer jetzigen Mitbewohnerin Edna lebt sie seit langer Zeit harmonisch zusammen. Andere Hunde sind jedoch nicht unbedingt ihr Fall.
