I lived in a home, but what kind of home... It was not at all suitable for a dog, and on top of that, I became pregnant and had a litter of puppies in those circumstances. My puppies and I were taken away, and we were able to find safety at the Sos Gyvunains shelter. I am a good mother, and I took care of my puppies properly, even though the conditions in my home were not the best. Now all my children have found their own homes, but I am still here at the shelter. In July, volunteers from Pet Rescue Finland arrived at the shelter for three days, and one of them fell in love with me immediately. Although I am a bit shy, I was happy to be petted and to take treats from their hands. I also got to go on several walks, and sometimes we would lie in the grass and I would enjoy the petting and attention. He couldn't understand how a dog like me was still without a home.

Minut ja pentuni tultiin hakemaan pois, ja pääsimme turvaan Sos Gyvunain tarhalle. Olen hyvä äiti, ja hoidin pentuni moitteettomasti, vaikka kodissani ei puitteet olleetkaan parhaimmasta päästä. Nyt kaikki lapseni ovat jo saaneet omat kotinsa, mutta minä olen edelleen täällä tarhalla. Heinäkuussa Suomesta saapui Pet Rescue Finlandin vapaaehtoisia tarhalle kolmeksi päiväksi, ja toinen heistä ihastui minuun välittömästi. Vaikka olen hieman ujo, tulin mielelläni rapsutettavaksi ja ottamaan herkkuja kädestä. Pääsin myös useaan otteeseen lenkille, ja välillä pötköttelimme ruohikossa ja sain nauttia rapsutuksista ja huomiosta. Hän ei voinut ymmärtää miten kaltaiseni koira on vielä vaille kotia.
