Adopt Bailey Boy – Mit Video (21.03.2026)

Mixed Breed · Male · Adult · 5 years

Bailey Boy comes from Oberfranken and has been given up due to overexertion. The imposing male dog seeks a sovereign home, environmental stimuli barely impress him, whether traffic, cyclists, everyday noises – even New Year’s Eve leaves him cold. Bailey Boy remains unshaken and clear-headed, as one would expect from a German Shepherd. He is well-raised, very obedient, and has enjoyed a solid education. With the alert male dog, tracking work was done, and he attended numerous courses in dog training classes. He brings a good basic structure, work enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Physical and mental exertion are important to him; he is a dog who wants to be meaningfully occupied but also knows how to rest and has learned to distinguish between work and leisure. On the bicycle, he runs reliably and concentrated, in the car he travels relaxed and willingly, and he masters being alone after getting used to it. Bailey Boy is super social with other dogs; he has even lived with three cats since the beginning of the year and accepts them as roommates. He shows little hunting motivation. He is familiar with handling children aged five and older but will not be rehomed to a household with children. At the beginning of the year, an unpleasant incident occurred when Bailey Boy bit his owner’s hand as she tried to send him away from the litter box. The situation arose in a resource conflict. This behavior must be taken seriously and shows that Bailey Boy needs clear and sovereign leadership in certain moments. He is no problem dog but a character-strong, intelligent dog who needs a clear line and gladly accepts it. For those who are looking for a reliable companion with work ethic, stability, and presence and are willing to take responsibility, Bailey Boy will be an excellent partner! He was also always present in the stable and friendly to all people and animals in the stable. Contact Bailey Boy directly:

How do I contact the shelter about Bailey Boy – Mit Video (21.03.2026)?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierhilfe Franken e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Bailey Boy – Mit Video (21.03.2026) on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Bailey Boy – Mit Video (21.03.2026) if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierhilfe Franken e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Bailey Boy – Mit Video (21.03.2026) already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Bailey Boy – Mit Video (21.03.2026) isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierhilfe Franken e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Bailey Boy – Mit Video (21.03.2026) and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
