Baltos had great luck coming to us. The sudden death of her owner in the Upper Palatinate drastically changed her life and that of her sister Roxalie. After barely knowing each other in the past few years, they now discover how exciting life can be. Baltos is a neutered Labrador-Mix with a heart of gold and a bit more on the ribs than ideal. But that’s only because regular walks and a balanced diet for health reasons were unfortunately lacking with her previous owner. But don’t worry – in his loving foster family, Baltos now gets adjusted food and enough exercise, so he’ll surely regain his ideal figure soon! His previous life was more quiet and isolated, which is why he can sometimes be a bit cautious in new situations. But once he realizes he’s safe, he quickly warms up and enjoys every pat and scratch. Baltos is curious and ready to finally explore the world – preferably with a confident second dog by his side, who gives him security. Cats leave him completely cold, and he finds car rides really super. Even at the vet, he behaved exemplary. Baltos was reluctantly given up because her owner passed away, and now he’s waiting to become part of a loving family again. A house or an apartment with a fenced garden in a quiet area would be perfect for him. Older children who understand when a dog needs some peace are definitely no problem. Baltos hatte großes Glück, zu uns zu kommen. Der plötzliche Tod seiner Besitzerin in der Oberpfalz veränderte sein Leben und das seiner Schwester Roxalie drastisch. Nachdem die beiden in den letzten Jahren wenig kennengelernt haben, erfahren sie nun, wie spannend das Leben sein kann. Baltos ist ein kastrierter Labrador-Mix mit einem Herzen aus Gold und einem kleinen bisschen zu viel auf den Rippen. Das liegt aber nur daran, dass regelmäßige Spaziergänge und eine ausgewogene Ernährung aus gesundheitlichen Gründen bei seiner Vorbesitzerin leider zu kurz kamen. Doch keine Sorge – in seiner liebevollen Pflegefamilie bekommt Baltos jetzt angepasstes Futter und ausreichend Bewegung, sodass er bestimmt bald wieder seine Idealfigur erreicht! Sein bisheriges Leben war eher ruhig und abgeschottet, weshalb er in neuen Situationen manchmal ein wenig vorsichtig ist. Doch wenn er merkt, dass er sicher ist, taut er schnell auf und genießt jede Streicheleinheit in vollen Zügen. Baltos ist neugierig und bereit, endlich die Welt zu entdecken – am liebsten mit einem souveränen Zweithund an seiner Seite, der ihm Sicherheit gibt. Katzen lassen ihn völlig kalt, und Autofahren findet er richtig super. Auch beim Tierarzt hat er sich vorbildlich benommen. Baltos wurde schweren Herzens abgegeben, weil seine Besitzerin verstorben ist, und nun wartet er darauf, wieder Teil einer liebevollen Familie zu werden.
