Due to health problems, his owners unfortunately can no longer give him the attention and activities they would like to give him. Beertje loves people. He likes to come over for a pat and prefers to be close to you. He enjoys search games, tennis balls, stuffed toys, and a ride in the car. He has lived with cats and got along well. We would preferably place him as the only dog in the household, as he is very people-oriented. He loves being petted by children and will happily sit still for it. Deze lieve knuffelbeer is een barbet (Franse waterhond) die op 18 oktober 7 jaar wordt. Door gezondheidsproblemen kunnen zijn baasjes hem helaas niet meer de aandacht en bezigheden bieden die ze hem zo gunnen. Beertje is dol op mensen. Hij komt graag een aaitje halen en is het liefst bij je in de buurt. Hij houdt van zoekspelletjes, tennisballen, knuffeldieren en een ritje in de auto. Met katten heeft hij samengewoond en dat ging goed. We plaatsen hem het liefst als enige hond in het gezin omdat hij erg mensgericht is. Hij vindt het heerlijk om geaaid te worden door kinderen en gaat er dan ook goed voor zitten. Alleen vindt hij ze op skateboards, rolschaatsen en stepjes nogal spannend.
