Sammy, een zwarte kruising labrador x golden retriever van bijna 6 jaar jong zoekt een ander mandje. Sammy is niet meer gelukkig waar zij nu woont. Afgelopen zomer is er iets gebeurd waardoor ze niet meer naar buiten wil. De 3 wandelingen duren daardoor maximaal 15 minuten. Ze durft de voordeur niet meer uit, de baasjes hebben al van alles geprobeerd maar het lukt niet meer. Sammy is bang van vuurwerk en de ze is een paar keer flink geschrokken van zwaar vuurwerk. De enthousiaste, vrolijke en blije Sammy krijgt nu rustgevende medicatie naast de medicijnen voor haar allergie. Sammy verdient een zoveel beter leven.In huis is Sammy rustig aanwezig.
