His dream is to be in a warm UK home before the Romanian winter. Billy is an older gentleman of 7/8 years 25 kgs We saved him from an awful kill shelter and he has lived at a wonderful private Romanian shelter which is now closing down so we are desperate to find him a home in September Billy is a good boy with other dogs and his new home will ideally have a doggie companion for him – with someone at home a good part of the time to help him settle in. Billy does require a fully secure garden – he loves the outdoors where he can play and chill His passport is ready and vaccinations all up to date plus fully blood tested – so he is ready to board the Pennypaws Happy Bus to the uk.
