Meet Billy who is 3 years old German Shepherd cross Belgian Malinois Billy is looking for a new home due to no fault of his own. Billy will need a quiet home without many visitors. Although he can be nervous when meeting new people, he is fine once he gets to know people. He is crate trained and it’s his safe space. He will go in the crate for naps with the door open. He currently lives with kids, but he would be better off living with older children only who are dog savvy. Billy doesn’t live with other dogs but he has two dogs that meet up with him for play dates. He is ok with dogs if slowly introduced. Billy travels well in the car and loves to play in the river. His recall is quite good when there are no distractions but does need further work. He loves to play with his ball. Billy is a beautiful loyal soul once he gets to know you. He would benefit from a home that can do regular training with him and put in boundaries, he needs someone more authoritative, who can control him better.
