Black is a Yorkshire terrier with long gray and honey-colored hair. He is microchipped and vaccinated. Black is a bit of a cautious dog around people he doesn't know, but once you gain his trust, he can be very affectionate. He wears a collar and is well-behaved on a leash, thanks to his small size. He is used to living in an apartment with his companion, Dakar. Ideal adoption: Suitable for people with some dog experience, preferably those who are wary of dogs. Also suitable for those who are willing to earn a dog's trust over time, rather than expecting an affectionate dog right away. It would be great to place him with his companion Dakar (ID #08/2026), although single placement is not ruled out. Not recommended for families with children who may not respect his boundaries. The suitability of placing him with another dog will be assessed, and a compatibility test will be required in a shelter with an operator present. Generalità: Microchippato e vaccinato. Yorkshire, dal pelo lungo grigio e miele Carattere: Black è un cagnolino tendenzialmente un po’ diffidente nei confronti delle persone che non conosce, ci vuole un pochino di tempo per guadagnare la sua fiducia, dopo di che sa essere carino. Indossa la pettorina e in passeggiata a guinzaglio è ben gestibile anche grazie alla taglia contenuta. Abituato a vivere in appartamento con la compagna Dakar Adozione ideale: Bene per persone con un po’ di esperienza di cani, meglio se diffidenti. Ok per coloro che siano disponibili a non avere fin da subito un cane coccolone, ma che siano disponibili a conquistarselo giorno dopo giorno. Sarebbe bello poterlo affidare con la compagna Dakar (n° scheda 08/2026) anche se non si esclude un affido singolo. Meglio no in presenza di bambini che potrebbero non rispettare i suoi tempi e i suoi spazi. Da valutare l’affido in presenza di un altro cane, verrà richiesta la prova di compatibilità caratteriale da effettuarsi in canile in presenza di un operatore.
