UPDATE: Liefde in de kattenkamer! 💕 Soms gebeurt er iets heel bijzonders in het asiel. Terwijl Blackie en Kruimel allebei op zoek waren naar een nieuw thuis, vonden ze eerst elkaar. Tussen deze twee is een echte romance opgebloeid. Blackie is stapelverliefd geworden op de verlegen Kruimel en sindsdien zijn ze vrijwel onafscheidelijk. Waar Kruimel is, daar is Blackie. Hij houdt haar nauwlettend in de gaten en waakt als een stoere gentleman over haar. Het is ontzettend vertederend om te zien hoe hij haar vertrouwen en steun geeft. Kruimel voelt zich zichtbaar op haar gemak bij hem en samen vormen ze een prachtig duo. Daarom hebben wij besloten dat we deze twee tortelduifjes niet meer uit elkaar willen halen. Ben jij op zoek naar niet één, maar twee bijzondere katten die elkaar helemaal hebben gevonden? Dan zijn Blackie en Kruimel misschien wel het perfecte setje voor jou. Maak dan kennis met Blackie! Toen Blackie bij ons binnenkwam – zwervend gevonden op straat – vond hij alles behoorlijk spannend. Het liefst keek hij eerst de kat uit de boom voordat hij iemand vertrouwde. Inmiddels is die onzekere nieuwkomer veranderd in een zelfverzekerde en gezellige huisgenoot met een eigen mening. We schatten hem op ongeveer vijf jaar oud. Blackie is dol op aandacht. Hij komt je enthousiast begroeten, deelt graag stevige kopjes uit en geniet zichtbaar van een paar fijne aaien. Zodra hij zijn portie aandacht heeft gehad, zoekt hij tevreden zijn favoriete plekje op de krabpaal op om daar verder te relaxen. Hij vindt het heerlijk om mensen om zich heen te hebben en voelt zich graag onderdeel van het huishouden. Tegelijkertijd kan hij zichzelf prima vermaken en hoeft hij niet voortdurend in het middelpunt van de belangstelling te staan. Speeltjes? Die laat hij liever aan kittens over.
