Sie kam schon als Welpe gemeinsam mit ihren zehn Geschwistern in die Auffangstation auf Santorini. Nachdem ihre engsten Schwestern Blue und Bella nach Deutschland reisen durften, musste sich Bloom neu orientieren und schloss sich ihren anderen Geschwistern mehr an. Gemeinsam mit ihren Geschwistern hat sich im Shelter-Alltag eine eigene Gruppendynamik entwickelt und Bloom wurde durch die mangelnde regelmäßige Ansprache und dem fehlenden Bezug zum Menschen zu einer skeptischen und sehr vorsichtigen Hündin. Im Shelter-Alltag zeigt sie ihre Unsicherheit und Skepsis beispielsweise durch Bellen bei hektischen Bewegungen oder wenn man ihr den Rücken zukehrt. Doch wer sich die Zeit nimmt, behutsam auf sie einzugehen, wird entdecken, dass Bloom ein liebes, sanftes Herz besitzt. Mit Geduld kommt sie, klein gemacht, angeschlichen, lässt sich vorsichtig das Schnäutzchen streicheln und zeigt kurz ihre liebevolle Seite. Bloom ist sehr verspielt, sozial mit anderen Hunden und zeigt großes Interesse daran, mit ihnen zu interagieren. Gleichzeitig braucht sie Menschen mit Hundeerfahrung, viel Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen, die bereit sind, Schritt für Schritt ihr Vertrauen zu gewinnen und ihr zu zeigen, dass Nähe sicher und schön sein kann.
