He was chemically neutered on 12.01.2026 and is looking for people who know what they are doing. Bobby knows exactly what he wants, and this often doesn't match what is expected of him. He has an imposing presence and had to learn that there is also a "No." He is intelligent, and basic obedience is present, but it must be consistently enforced. On a lead, he likes to run up to 20-30 meters ahead. If you turn around, he needs a moment but then catches up. He is hunting-motivated. Leash obedience is trainable. Dog encounters on the leash are problematic; he explodes. He wears a muzzle without any issues. His frustration tolerance is trainable, but the approach is there and can be enforced with patience. He is just starting to learn how to handle boredom. Car rides don't bother him. With other neutered males in the household, he gets along. In the house, he is quite good with people and children. Only at feeding time is he defensive or threatening, and active work is being done on this. He needs clear boundaries and consistent leadership. Those who do not know how to enforce physical and spatial limitations are in the wrong place. He is a diamond, just not yet fully polished. Currently, Bobby is in a foster home in Münster bei Dieburg.

Er wurde am 12.01.2026 chemisch kastriert und sucht Menschen, die wissen, was sie tun. Bobby weiß genau, was er will und das deckt sich nicht immer mit dem, was man von ihm erwartet. Er hat ein imposantes Auftreten und musste erst lernen, dass es auch ein „Nein“ gibt. Er ist intelligent, Grundgehorsam ist vorhanden, muss aber konsequent durchgesetzt werden. Im Freilauf an der Schleppleine läuft er gerne 20-30 Meter voraus. Dreht man um, braucht er einen Moment, kommt dann aber hinterher. Er ist jagdlich motiviert. Leinenführigkeit ist ausbaufähig. Hundebegegnungen an der Leine sind problematisch, er explodiert förmlich. Den Maulkorb trägt er problemlos. Seine Frusttoleranz ist ausbaufähig, aber der Ansatz ist da und mit Ruhe auch durchsetzbar. Gerade lernt er, Langeweile auszuhalten. Autofahren macht ihm nichts aus. Mit anderen kastrierten Rüden im Haushalt kommt er klar. Im Haus ist er mit Menschen und auch Kindern ziemlich gut. Nur beim Futter wird verteidigt bzw. gedroht, hier wird aktiv dran gearbeitet. Er braucht klare Grenzen und konsequente Führung. Wer nicht weiß, wie man körperliche und räumliche Einschränkung durchsetzt, ist hier falsch. Er ist ein Diamant, nur eben noch nicht überall glatt geschliffen. Aktuell ist Bobby auf Pflegestelle in Münster bei Dieburg.
