He quickly made it clear there that he is a single prince. When Bodo arrived, he was - to put it very cautiously - not fond of contact with us. However, he also had massive matting on his back, which must have been painful. After the matting was removed and Bodo could trust that touch no longer hurt, we discovered his extremely people-oriented, affectionate, and even more talkative side. Bodo is now looking for a home without other cats, with the possibility of outdoor access in a suitable area, and with a person who enjoys petting and even more enjoys listening. He is more of a barker than a souffleur... you really have to like talkative cats... then Bodo is unbeatable. Spontaneous visits are unfortunately not possible. If you are interested in Bodo, the mediating colleagues are available for initial telephone conversations from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 13:00 to 16:00. Recht schnell hat er uns dort auch verdeutlicht, dass er ein Einzelprinz ist. Als Bodo zu uns kam, war er – um es sehr vorsichtig auszudrücken – nicht angetan von dem Kontakt mit uns. Er hatte jedoch auch massive Verfilzungen auf dem Rücken, die mit Sicherheit bis zur Schmerzhaftigkeit eingeschränkt haben. Nachdem die Verfilzungen entfernt waren und Bodo Vertrauen fassen konnte, dass Berührungen nicht mehr schmerzen, haben wir seine ausgesprochen menschenbezogene, verschmuste und noch viel gesprächigere Seite kennengelernt. Bodo sucht nun ein Zuhause ohne andere Katzen, mit der Möglichkeit zum Freigang in einem dafür geeigneten Gebiet und mit einem Menschen, der gerne streichelt und noch viel lieber zuhört. Er ist auch mehr Kneipengröhler als Souffleur … man sollte wirklich Gefallen an mitteilsamen Katzen haben … dann ist Bodo nicht zu toppen. Spontane Besuche sind leider nicht möglich. Bei Interesse an Bodo stehen die vermittelnden Kollegen für telefonische Erstgespräche von Montag bis Freitag von 14 – 17 Uhr und Samstag von 13 – 16 Uhr zur Verfügung.
